Subway — Restaurant in Naperville

Great Experience- Came in craving a Turkey Italiano, it turns out that Subway does not carry this item anymore. The lady still offered to make it and charge it as the BMT (for the same exact price) instead of overcharging like I have been at multiple locations. Then 20 minutes before closing, I asked for a dozen cookies, and yet again, without hesitation, she turned on the oven and began baking me a fresh dozen. This location is full of fraud. A ham, egg, and cheese sandwich is advertised, on the signs in the store, as 8.89 for a footlong. But then they ask how many eggs you want, 2 or 4? 1st time Ive ever been asked that before. Turn out eggs on a ham egg and cheese sandwich are charged extra. I was charged 2.80 for the eggs as if they are an add on. This is theft, fraud, false advertising and scam. Owners should be removed and banned from Wal Mart, as they are a liability for the larger coporation. Manager is a thief and a liar and should be banned...

Worst subway ever! Very rude customer service! I went in a few days ago, no one at the counter. I did some shopping at Walmart, then went back, still no one there. I rang the bell and no one came up front, so I left. This was around 2pm so it wasn't busy. My kids went again today by themselves. It took them an hour because the woman at the counter took forever to come up front then she kept using her phone. They too left and then went to another subway.
