Another Broken Egg Cafe — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

As a security professional of over 13 years to include military leadership and security management, the lady working here was rude. I was not greeted when I walked in. I checked inside of my takeout bag to make sure there was plasticware and the lady quickly walked over and I was immediately hurried to show my phone to prove that its my order, acting as if I was in the middle of stealing something. I said my phone is in my car and she said "well we've had repeated issues of people taking orders that weren't theirs". I said thats fine, let me get my drivers license out.

She said I need to see your phone. I said here's my drivers license with my name on it. She checked it and walked away. I've been to other another broken egg locations in northwest Nashville and downtown Nashville (in worse neighborhoods) many times and was never once hassled in this manner. Those locations didnt even ask me to prove my identity, but I didnt mind proving my order because I understand theft, but the lady treated me like a criminal from start to finish. I'm not a thug off the street wearing ghetto clothes. I just left work.. I used to extradite fugitives for a living and thats how correction officers act. I understand precaution and I'm okay showing my phone, but the manner in which she conducted herself was not warranted. She was acting like she was about to detain me, like she had a problem with me. I wasnt arguing showing anything. I worked security for a federal courthouse and managed security at critical infrastructure. I get it, but her attitude was not necessary. Based on the other reviews at this location of rude staff, there is obviously a pattern...

OMG!!! This is my 4th time here! Everything is always Yum! This is the second time I bought a guest, And the second time that said wow, this place is good. One of my guest is a puffy muffin fan, but this place beats Puffy Muffin hands down, minus the quiche Puffy muffins wins, BUT that’s only because Another egg café doesn’t have it on the menu…yet!

food: We both ordered the sunrise spinach scrambler! I admit it’s my third time to have it, but I got it with a pancake this time. The last time I came, I had pancakes I love their pancakes they’re fluffy light. I don’t know what they do to them but they’re so good. We also The biscuit beignets with the honey marmalade! also, dangerous don’t wear dark clothes…they’re covered in powdered sugar and hard to put down. Yum. highly recommend today I have converted one puffy muffin fan to another egg, café fan! it is also wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the front door. The restrooms are nice as well and accessible for wheelchairs. It’s a musty location. You gotta try it at least once.

We came to Nashville for my birthday this year and saw this place for breakfast. There are three locations but we picked the Thorndale location because it was close to our hotel. We ordered online for my birthday day. We saw that they have a mimosa kit on their website and thought that we could start off my day celebrating. We got to the restaurant to pick up our to go order and the manager who didn't have on a name tag on came out and said did we order online or their website. We ordered from their actual website. According to her she doesn't know why it let us order the mimosa kit because as of july they stopped doing to go alcohol, well that wasn't our fault, that's you guys fault for not changing, updating their website. Then she proceeded to tell us we ordered two which we didn't, the website suggests a fresh squeezed oj to go with the kit instead of the oj that came with the kit, for an extra $3.99. She kept arguing that we ordered 2 and it didn't matter because they only have one. She is NOT a good customer service manager because she tells at you, which she wahedojng the whole time at the door at us instead of listening. We're here for a whole week but definitely won't be back here. And I wouldn't advise anyone else to. If u do don't...
