Wow!!!!! I cannot say ENOUGH about Bella Bridesmaids in Nashville!!! I have had 2 negative experiences as a bridesmaid with another location, and I had written off Bella totally (even for my own upcoming wedding!). HOWEVER, this store has totally TRANSFORMED my faith in using Bella, and if I had known what I know now, I would have traveled to Nashville from Mississippi to be able to have this wonderful experience again but with my own bridesmaids now. This locationās staff is SO personable, professional, communicative, and on top of everything!! The dresses arrived 6 months before the wedding, where the other 2 times at one different location, we had received our dresses 3 weeks before and the WEEK of each wedding. So, we all had to pay for rush alterations (and most dresses were rushed to the point that the alterations RUINED the dresses, but there was nothing to do at that point). I should add that the dresses ordered at the other location down south were also ordered WAY ahead of time, just as this order was. Now I have six months to have it altered perfectly...what a total peace of mindāand bonusāno rush alteration fees!!!! I cannot tell you how lovely this experience has been with Nashvilleās Bella location...they actually make you feel like you are their number one priority, knowing that they have hundreds of other bridesmaid dress orders to fulfill too! IF I HAVENāT BEEN ABLE TO GET MY POINT ACROSS YET š, THIS LOCATION IS AMAZING AND I HIGHLYYYYY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY AND EVERY BRIDE LOOKING FOR THEIR BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES. You will NOT be disappointed, and the way they actually care enough to write an entire paragraph in an email to everyone wishing the bride a wonderful wedding and happy life together as a new couple, and wxpress their sincerest thanks for using them for our dress needs, now THAT is what I consider exceptional customer service that is personable AND grateful. I have reposted my sisters review since the owner wants to discredit it. When we showed up she asked me what color I was thinking for my wedding and styles for the girls. She then has my bridesmaids walk over and pick dresses from a rack she pulled without asking their sizes. She has them trying on small sizes when clearly they wonāt fit and puts the straps over their shoulders with the dress in front of themselves. I am disgusted by this business for ruining womenās self esteem. This place in 20 minutes made every single one of my bridesmaids uncomfortable and upset. VERY DISAPPOINTED! We had a much better experience at Davidās bridal and thankfully they were just bought out and will not be closing.
If you have plus size bridesmaids, this isnāt the place for you. I called ahead of time a few months ago asking if plus sizes were available to be tried on. I specifically said we had ladies ranging from size 14 to a size 24, and we wanted to be able to try on a variety of dresses. I was told this was absolutely no problem and they have tons of plus sizes and experience with plus sizes! When we got there, none of us were trying on dresses evenly remotely close to our sizes. We werenāt asked our sizes or measured, we were just trying on randomly sized dresses off of a rack that werenāt even coming close to fitting. This was honestly not a great experience whatsoever, which was super disappointing. We all left feeling very discouraged and annoyed. After spending the day trying on dresses at other bridal boutiques, I can confidently say that this place can do better, theyāre just choosing not to. If you are not plus friendly, just say that! I had started this process 8 months earlier and I had my my daughter as a junior bridesmaid in my wedding and my sister who lives out of state so we we working with the nashville and Birmingham location. I ordered 5 dresses from them. When they came in months later my sisters was atleast 3 sizes wrong and my daughters was as well. We didnāt have a whole lot of time left for adjustments as far as getting new dresses, they ordered my sister a new dress and when it came back it was still the same. At this point we didnāt have time to get another dress for her, they were not helpful to us at all as far as trying to even find her another dress that they may have had in stock, end result for that dress was a refund, so my bridesmaids dresses now donāt match! My daughters dress they said she grew which I understand but it is their job to let me know this stuff and maybe we should have done another measurement closer to the time they actually ordered my dresses, I had to pay for more fabric since that was my only option and it took weeks to come in, I took her dress to my alterations lady and she told me there was no way that she could fix it without it looking bad and they I should order a new dress, I didnāt have time for that anymore, when I reached out to Bella bridesmaids, they would not give me any kind of a refund for the dress or fabric I ordered that I can use. Most of there communication was poor and in emails. I am very upset my wedding is in 3 weeks and I had to get my daughter a dress that doesnāt match as well.
