This is my second time eating Chipotle and this is my LAST NEVER again the manager is extremely rude and have no type of care for the customers. At this location myself and my fiancé decided to have lunch here and we should’ve just kept it moving and went elsewhere, but upon entering the manager and staff didn’t greet us the manager goes on to say what do you want what are you getting and as she starts to make my bowl she slangs/tosses the food into my bowl with smaller portions that could literally feed a toddler so I said excuse me miss could I please have more food portions into my bowl she mumbles under breath smart remarks starts huffing and puffing and gets an attitude with me, so as my fiancé tells her what he wanted on his bowl she treated him poorly she got smart with us both as we begin to checkout with the host Mackenzie she acknowledges us greets us and says thanks for eating here would this be all we both replied yes mam my fiancé pays so I says to the host is the manager around I would like to speak to him/her about my service and experience here she replies yes I’ll go grab her so she grabs the manager and come to find the lady who prepared our food is the manager I calmly say so your suppose to be the manager, managers shouldn’t act like this or and behave the way you did your running a business you should always provide exceptional customer services to paying customers and people in general you were rude &mean and how I will be leaving a review and contacting CORPORATE about this matter and told her be blessed. As I’m saying all of that to her she didn’t have anything to say she was quiet the most she could’ve said and did was apologize for her actions and services and accommodate our meals due her services but we received nothing smh If it wasn’t for the customers retail and fast food workers would be without jobs… The manager was real rude and sassy and I’ll never again eat at Chipotle this was the worst experience ever… I wish I could leave 0 stars but I can’t hell Chipotle don’t even...

First, they were out of veggies - ok- that happens. Then, they said they were out of guacamole too. I had ordered a vegetable bowl, so I’m bummed that they are out of those 2 things. I asked if there was a discount or something because I ordered a veggie bowl and there are no veggies or guac. There was no discount, so at this point I don’t even want the bowl, so I tell them that I don’t want it. However, as the rest of my family is about to pay, I see an employee turn the corner with a tub of guacamole, so I ask if I can get that for my bowl. I’m told that this guacamole is only for online orders?!? What?!? I’m standing right here - in the store. I see the food, but you can’t give it to me? It even comes free with my order. I was so confused. I asked to talk to the manager, and the cashier was incredibly rude and just stared at us when we asked her if we could talk to the manager. I was just trying to understand why they told me there was no guacamole- but it’s right in front of me. What kind of policy is this? Someone else got the manager, and when she comes out she tells me the same exact thing. There was zero desire to make it right. No apologies for their staff not being prepared or having food ready for their customers. An “I’m sorry about that” would have gone a long way. I’ve been to lots of places where there was a problem with the food or something, no big deal, it happens. But the way this staff handled those problems speaks volumes about the management. Train the staff here to have the food available that customers are coming to buy, and at the very least, teach them to be kind and polite.

Read moreWe were staying nearby from out of town, I was starving and wanting something I know I would like. We arrive to this chipotle, just like every other local. Start our order, it's not until we get to salsa station that I see the mild is completely empty, not drop. My face falls I am sure as I look up to a very unapologetic face who says blandly 'we don't have any mild' I'm stunned. A chipotle not having mild salsa?? I'm a former Chipotle kitchen manager and I know you could many things ie. Drive to a close location and borrow a pan of mild salsa. She just looks at me as I'm still processing she goes on to say 'our shipment of tomatoes was bad' with a shoulder shrug. As my husband is trying to move things along he starts to pay after I've declared I'll just eat it. He orders three drinks, watching this I ask 'can we get one of those free seeing as you didn't have mild salsa?' She responds 'ummm no, I dont know how to even do that' Girl. The play dumb act will only get you so far in life. Again as a former KM for Chipotle I would have A) avoided the matter by posting a simple letter on the door stating the problem (done it, it happens) I have the choice to read this and walk away or proceed. Not decide once you've already put food in a bowl that I know will just be dumped into the trash. That's the opposite of chipotles ideals. B) promo atleast a BOGO which would have been simple for a properly trained cashier or at the least C) handed a empty cup without charge to my husband. Work ethic seems super lacking at this location bc many members just stood by, if there was any one higher on the totem they must have been hiding. Monkey...
