My group popped in for a quick coffee and had a very inconsistent experience. The decor was very classy and most of what we ordered was good, but leaky lids and service mistakes hurt the experience. Food: Let’s start with the good. The salty caramel latte, matcha latte, Haraz latte and mocha were very flavorful and pleasant. The Bischoff Milk cake was a delight and the spinach pastry was nice and flaky. This is where things get confusing, I ordered the Maleki Coffee and I received a well-spice drink that was missing cream and any coffee flavor. Please correct me if my expectations were wrong but I think they messed up my drink and left a ton of grit as well. Service: The workers were all very nice but they seemed inexperienced because they accidentally made an extra drink and forgot to give us a pastry before moving on to other orders. Additionally, half of our to-go lids with ill-fitting leading to me burning my hand almost immediately and matcha spilling every sip. Atmosphere: The energy is vibrant and classy but it got so packed with people working at tables and the transient traffic it isn’t the most relaxing environment.

A very comforting and inviting space with a luxurious vibe. Went on a random Monday evening and they still had a huge selection of parties and desserts. They serve the regular lattes and mochas as well as traditional Yemeni coffees. We tried the cold Haraz latte and pistachio latte. We also got the hot Haraz latte. They all tasted great but I think the Haraz latte tasted so much better hot. We could appreciate the spices and flavors. We also tried the saffron cake. It was the best thing I have had. Such subtle flavors and the hint of rose complemented it really well. If you like dulche leches, this is a level up. I also wanted to try the pistachio cake but they were out of it. We did get the banoffee cheesecake, very soft with a perfect crunch at the bottom. The bee bites were something very unique. I have never tried anything like that before. I was happy to try such a variety of desserts where you can distinctly taste different flavors without the sugar/sweetness being overpowering. Definitely give it a try if you haven't.

Placed an order the evening before to be picked up at 8:00 (which is when they open) so I expected it to be ready at 8 as I got a confirmation email after placing the order. We got there at 7:59, and waited for them to open up, and there wasn’t any order ready. We weren’t in a rush so we let them know we had placed an order and they got right to work. It was ready in about ten minutes. We ordered a mango smoothie, a pistachio frappe, a dark roast coffee (can’t remember what it’s called- starts with a S) with cardamom, bee bites and a Dubai chocolate bar because I have been wanting to try one. Pricey, around $50 for everything. I think the bar was $12. The coffee was very hot (first brew of the day) so my husband had to wait to try it, (he normally drinks super hot coffee but this was HOT) and the cup did start leaking from the side, which I actually saw someone else post about. It was a to-go cup obviously, but that may be a lawsuit waiting to happen with how hot that coffee was. Thank goodness we had a Tervis in the car that we could transfer it into right away, by even just walking out to the car, he had already lost a good amount that leaked out. Maybe just drink it there? It also has A LOT of sediment. I don’t know if that’s from the cardamom, but he was not a fan of the grounds at the end of the cup of coffee. I tasted it and it almost tasted like a chai coffee without the cream and sweet. My pistachio frappe was good, nice pistachio flavor, and not too sweet. Our kids loved the smoothie. The bee bites were just as the other reviews described- like nothing you’ve ever had before. Sweet but savory at the same time. Delicious. My husband described them as pizza dough with cream cheese and honey. You can really taste each flavor including the sesame seeds. So good. Highly recommend trying them. Not sure if we’d be back for the drinks, but definitely the bee bites. Haven’t tried the Dubai bar yet, but hope it’s...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Haraz Coffee House, which has only been open for less than a week, and I can confidently say it's already a gem in our community. Despite the bustling crowd, the service was impressively fast, and the staff was incredibly helpful and patient, making sure I didn’t feel rushed while choosing from their enticing menu.

The coffee, tea, and pastries are nothing short of mouthwatering. I rarely say this, but I honestly recommend trying everything on their menu! As someone who is quite particular about coffee, I was thrilled to finally discover a delightfully flavorful brew here in Tennessee. The range of flavors is remarkable, and I found taste profiles I never knew existed.

The ambiance is perfect for both socializing and solo study sessions. The layout encourages conversation, while the cozy, amber lighting creates a warm atmosphere—thankfully free from those harsh fluorescent lights! The space is kept impeccably clean, with staff consistently wiping down surfaces.

They offer comfortable seating both inside and outside, and the availability of WiFi makes it an ideal spot for students and professionals alike. I can’t recommend Haraz Coffee House enough—this is a place I’m certain I’ll return to again and again. Please do yourself a favor and check it out. Let’s spread the word so this wonderful establishment can thrive for...

I was visiting from out of town and had heard great things about Haraz Coffee, so I was really looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I ordered two coffees that came out incredibly sweet—so much so that they were basically undrinkable. I politely mentioned it to the barista and asked if they could remake both with less syrup. I even offered to pay for the second one just to be nice, not thinking they’d actually charge me for it—especially since the first one was clearly off.

Not only did they take me up on that offer, but the barista was also noticeably rude and dismissive throughout the whole interaction, like I was inconveniencing them for expecting a drink that tasted right. No apology, no effort to make it right—just a second charge and a bad attitude.

I left feeling disappointed and a bit taken advantage of. Especially, because I ended up having to pay $40 for 2 drinks. It’s really disappointing, especially since I’d heard such good things. Between the bad coffee and the even worse customer service, I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Definitely not the experience I expected from a place with such great reviews—I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to...
