KFC — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

This particular location is quite, shall we say, “ghetto”. I walked in on a Friday evening and soon after heard one of the workers cussing, raving and ranting about how frustrated she is and how nobody I helping her ect, ect. It’s not like she didn’t know I was there but decided to push professionalism aside anyway. She even slipped a couple of foul words in Spanish, assuming I didn’t understand but I did. I ordered a 4 piece meal and some young guy with a frustrated look on his face repeatedly yelled “4 piece! 4 piece!” I assumed my name would be called as the machine I ordered from near the front door required me to put my name in after I ordered and instructed me to listen for my name, not what I ordered. In addition to the chicken it came with a side order, Mac and Cheese in this case, yet, they saw fit to not provide me with any napkins or a spork for the side dish. No honey, no slat or pepper, nothing. I even had to ask them for the drink I ordered that comes with the meal they failed to provide me with. Staff on Sunday June 29th around 2pm is rude as hell. They act like you are ruining their day by placing an order. Then pull up to the window to pay, I ask for BBQ sauce, it is a .55 each upcharge... which is fine. I get it. I hand her $2 for the sauce. She tells me to pull up to the trashcan. I wait for my change for the sauce, she opens the window back up and asks why I didn't pull up. I tell her I was waiting for my change. She hands me a dollar and tells me to pull up. They bring my food out and guess what.. No BBQ sauce. And of course the lobby door is locked. I try to get their attention and they tell me I have to drive back around to get my sauce. Why in the world would I want to wait in line of customers wanting to order when I just wanted sauce. Why is the lobby door locked? Why do yall hire people that obviously hate customer service? Why would I pull up when my food is cold. I obviously pulled up to keep the window times down, not for fresh food. Disappointing.....Might want to get this checked out guys. What a waste of money and...

I usually love KFC but this time wasn't such a great experience. First off as i was making my kids plates i for dinner I noticed 2 very small black dots in the container of mashed potatoes turned out to be 2 nats. So i checked the other 2 containers and i didn't see anything else. We had ordered 2 of the 8 piece family packs so we had 4 sides of mashed potatoes so therefore we didn't eat out of that one. Then the original chicken because I had got it mixed with original and crispy was to hear my 13 years old say way to peppery and to hear from my father n law too salty but something just wasn't right with it. So our visit this time just wasn't the best over all but i wouldn't totally count KFC out all together because we have always had good experiences except one of our visits that a had gotten 3 of the $5 meals and they left the cookies and a potato out and i had to go back and get which is a big inconvenience for people to have to return after getting home then the food is cold when you...
