This is a very unprofessional operation. I am writing this to hopefully keep others from making the same mistake. I booked 5 seats. First off, the space is tiny. They only have 4 tables. So just know that unlike the visuals shown online if there are more people you would I guess have to share your space. Secondly, it was raining and we were rushing to arrive. I was at the entrance on the phone with the girl and she was rude saying oh well I will cancel you either way. We were there. And I booked out the entire class almost as it says up to 6. Well they had two people in there outside of my party so I have no idea how they planned to fit everyone. There are no instructions on the location being inside of a place with a lot of other shops or saying how to find it in the shops. I was celebrating a birthday for a kid and the girl at the front was rude and I suppose she likes having what she thinks is power. The rude way she talked and then refusing to even give us the aprons we paid for which come with the class makes me feel like I was being robbed. They seemed like all they wanted was to keep my money. The owner’s mom apparently was teaching the class. The class is already a high fee for what it was but I booked that five times. And she refused to give the aprons that we paid for etc. Shady. One party member arrived one minute before so she said she can go in when I was two minutes behind her. Nonsense. They had done nothing but put milk in a cup. So the birthday girl swapped in. Then after the teacher said her dad could watch and take pics, the hostess girl tried to refuse to let paying people watch the birthday girl (mind you we paid). I took photos anyways as I’d paid to be there. The front girl said we can’t watch and take pics. I paid almost $300 for this and now you say I can’t take photos of the birthday girl after refusing to let us in a tiny space you didn’t have room for us in? The front girl should be fired. She also messaged security. On paying customers. The security person said and did nothing and left because nothing was happening that warranted her. The manager/owner doesn’t know how to fix problems either. Treat people better. Wouldn’t even reschedule. They had no people in the class after by the way. This place is run in an awful way and they should be ashamed. Do not go here or support a business like this. They don’t care about people. They just want your money and don’t want to have to use their materials in their tiny space. Try any other activity or buy normal ice cream. There’s a great place in the gulch for ice cream or go make candles or anything else. I am pro supporting small businesses but this business is not it. Don’t be fooled by the visuals on the website. Read moreWe had a very frustrating experience here. We're from out of town and had never been to this place before. We left with plenty of time to make our appointment, but got stuck in unexpected traffic due to a serious accident. Then, just as we got through that, another wreck happened right in front of us.
Out of courtesy, we called ahead to explain the situation and asked if we would still be taken even if we arrived after their 10-minute grace period. The staff assured us it wouldn’t be an issue and said they would still take us when we arrived.
Despite doing everything we could to get there as quickly as possible, we arrived 20 minutes after our original appointment time only to be told they wouldn’t take us after all. No apology, no acknowledgment of the situation, and no willingness to stand by what was promised over the phone. It felt like they completely went back on their word.
To make matters worse, the location was difficult to find. There was little to no clear signage, and the directions weren’t obvious at all especially for someone unfamiliar with the area.

Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I had signed up for the rolled ice cream class and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I ran into unexpected traffic and called ahead to let the staff know I was running late. I was told that if I arrived even 10 minutes late, the class would be automatically canceled with no refund something I was never clearly informed of. There was no mention of this strict policy in the confirmation email. It’s apparently on the website, but you have to click through a separate link to even see it. That’s not acceptable for something as important as a no-refund, no-reschedule policy. Most businesses clearly communicate these kinds of terms up front, especially when the customer is paying in advance. I understand the importance of starting classes on time, but life happens and I did my part by calling ahead to communicate. I wasn’t asking for a full reschedule or exception, just some understanding and flexibility. Instead, I lost the entire cost of the class and was met with zero compassion. I’m kindly requesting a refund. I hope management will reconsider how this policy is communicated and handled.
