Incompetent and rude staff all the way up to management!! I came in about 5:30 this morning and all I got was three sausage McMuffins lightly toasted and the cashier in drive thru rang them up well done so I said NO & got her to change it bc that wasn't right I told her not well done but lightly toasted and so I paid and I went to the second window where they're was a manager and when he brought me my bag I asked him specifically if they were they lightly toasted and he said yes, so I pulled off & parked in a spot & I decided to to check them. They were clearly burnt & had the well done tag on each 1. I called & no answer so drove around n sat in drive thru next to other person at the window, when they left i told that mngr they were all burnt & did he want to come get them or send someone out but he said NO I'd have to get back in the long drive thru line. While I waited I made my video and called corporate which wasnt open. I figured my food would be done by the time i get to the 2nd window again but NO!!! I also saw why I couldn't reach anyone by calling or get anyone to answer the office phone because they've got employees and managers running around on their personal phones!! so it's a big joke they don't care!!šµš¤š” there rude!! didn't offer me any kind of refund, drink, pieš”šÆš or hash brown for my troubles. He did at least ask me to check these before I left his window, and I did these were lightly toasted so they were fine and I asked him did you look at the other ones & see that they were clearly burnt & I said I asked you specifically when you handed me the bag were they lightly toasted & you told me yes they were but that was a lie and he said well I just go by what the kitchen tells me I said you're a manager you are supposed to double-check every bit of food that goes out of this establishment and he really had nothing to say so I just pulled off and it's absolutely ridiculous that they have people doing these jobs that have no idea of what the job really entails and how to do it properly but yet they want $15 hr. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent there with a group from work. We acted a bit goofy from a long night at work. Went in and ordered food, then after eating, we proceeded to play Magic the Gathering. We were playing for about two hours roughly when a manager comes up saying "I dont think you'll can play that here" like we were doing something disturb business or other patrons. I would understand if we were gambling or doing something that disturbed other customers, but we had been there for two hours beforehand when the manager "just then noticed" when she hadn't came over to check on everything, she just came straight up to us like someone else told her we were playing cards in her store. When Taco Bell reopens across the street, we will be returning to the place that we go normally to play and McDonald's will never have our business again. We normally spend 10 bucks a person and have a party of at least 4 so oh well. My main issue is the way the manager spoke to the group like she wasn't for sure what she was talking about. I guess anyone that doesnt go in there to eat and get out should steer clear. They normally dont serve food from 2-4 am when they are supposed to be open 24/7. If the manager just didnt want us there, she could've been a bit more upfront about it and not come up to us after 2 hours of being there playing the game and then say she doesnt think we can play it there. Uncertainty leads to people calling others out, especially when the subject doesnt affect anything. She just wanted us to not be there because we were given looks from the start of us being there because of how goofy we were acting. But the part where the manager came up wasn't really warranted.    Read moreI went to the drive thru in attempt to place an order. There were no other cars in the other drive thru or in line at the building. I said hello at least 4-5 times with no response. Another car pulled up @ the other drive thru and began to immediately take his order. So I pulled around to go in. There was a lady at the register, I waited patiently until my turn and asked for the manager, she said that she was the manager. I explained what happened and she said "sorry". Then said can I help you in broken English. Another lady walked up with a manager shirt & pin on and i asked who she was. She replied shes a manager too. I noticed the lady at the register didnt have the manager pin on. The manager with pin (Maria) asked what was going on and they proceeded to converse in SPANISH. I asked for them to PLEASE speak English. Maria gave me a dirty look & proceeded to speak in Spanish. I explained to her that the other "manager" wasnt wearing her name tag or manager pin so I wasn't sure if she was truly a manager or not. She RUDELY interrupted me and said "BUT ANYWAY" whats the problem. I asked for the GM she said I'm the GM. I asked for her supervisor info & she flat out REFUSED!!!! No one there spoke clear English which makes it difficult & frustrating to communicate. And for Maria𤔠(if thats her real name) is the GM it's no wonder their service is terrible. And all the other customers were complaining as well. The no response at the drive thru & language barrier were enough, but the unprofessional & nasty attitude are just unacceptable.
