This is the worst McDonalds (201 Rudy Circle, Nashville, TN 37214) that I have ever been to. They can NEVER get my order correct and when they do, the food is NEVER fresh. The only reason I go to this McDonalds is because it’s close to my home. The fries are always cold and they never fill up the box. The bun on the sandwich I got today was so hard I could not even bite into it, not to mention how messy it was put together. McDonald’s has the worst customer service around! The employees have attitudes like they don’t even want to be there. Why is it such an issue when I ask for dipping sauce that should have been put in the bag in the first place?? Why do I have to show you my receipt because they forgot to put my 10 piece nugget in the bag?? I’ve waited in line for 17mins and you think I want to get something for free??? Really???? I want what I paid for, I want it fixed correctly, I want it fresh, and a freaking smile, thanks for coming wouldn’t hurt either! McDonald’s needs to have a refresher course on customer service for all their employees, better yet, send them to Publix where the customer service is...

My husband and I walk across the street from the hotel we were staying at . No cars in the drive -thru . Only one lady ahead of us in the dine in area. I ordered a number 3 and a new sandwich and McFlurry.my order didn’t take long two ppl came in my husband ordered 2 apple pie it took over 30 minutes to get two apple pies 🤬 The lady manager kept saying they dropped them , then they coming out the oven 🤬 By this time my 🍟 are cold my McFlurry that was already half full was melted milk 🥛 with cookies crumbs on top .He wanted to ask for a new one but I said forget it because we still hadn’t gotten the pies 🥧 and who knows how long and if they would replace the half made melted one . $27 dollars of cold food melted drink and hot apple pies. We should have been told it would take that long for 2 pies and shame on me/ us waiting patiently not wanting to make a fuss and we spending our money but not getting...
