Merge Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

We took a wrong turn and stumbled upon this gorgeous gift shop (Jade & Clover) in the Gulch that has a full-fledged coffee bar inside called Merge Coffee Bar.

I tried their Seasonal Latte - Gingerbread Latte and it was very good. Their syrups are made from fresh ingredients and were excellent. The double shot of espresso could have a bit stronger for my taste but overall I loved the coffee. My sister loved her iced Matcha Latte as well, as she’s not much of a coffee drinker.

The staff was so damn friendly and welcoming! They happily shared ingredients information and their coffee recommendations.

You can also walk around their gift shop to explore unique finds for your home or assemble a plant by selecting a pot & a plant from a cute collection of pots and plants.

If you’re looking for a seriously high quality cup of coffee don’t miss this place. I am constantly on the hunt for the perfect iced latte or cold brew. This is the first place that was actually a 10/10. It was so good that my boyfriend and I went back 3 days in a row (visiting from Texas). The level of sweet, if you get one of the Merge creations, is phenomenal. I don’t particularly love super sweet coffees so I was nervous to try their Bourbon Vanilla latte but it did not disappoint. Merge has the best coffee in Wedgewood Houston and arguably the best coffee in Nashville!

The baristas are incredibly kind and offer thoughtful service, and the location is wonderful.

They also have a really cozy patio if you want to stick around to read, get work done, or catch up with friends.

Also, if you enjoy matcha lattes or craft espresso lattes, Merge makes their own syrups in house which are amazing! The Bees Knees is a favorite.
