Adrenaline Luxury Vehicle Rentals — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

I contracted with this company to rent out my 2022 Chevy Corvette Convertible. I received $550 in 3 months and was not told that my car had been in an accident until a week after the incident. The owner collected cash from the person who caused the accident which he admits is a crime and collected funds from Turo for the insurance. To date he has refused to provide any documentation about this accident or the amount that was paid to him by the insurance company. What is worse is that I had to pay the body shop $1100 to get my car back and the car has not been stripped or the emblem put on. After getting the car back it had oil on the seats and two of the tires were busted and I had to pay an additional $1400 to get that fixed and have the car cleaned. To date they have refused to reimburse me for the out of pocket expenses or file for supplement with Turo and will not give me any documentation so I can pursue reimbursement....sketchy is putting it mildly !

They did recently provide some documents and after speaking to the person who wrecked the car he says that he was charged with a $500 deductible. I was shown a $2500 deductible. Also over 3000 miles were placed on my car and there are seven phone numbers programmed into it yet he is claiming that it was only rented three times. Then he tried to get me to sign a release to release him from legal liability and remove my Google review. This has been the worst experience. And he is still using my car on...

Our experience with this rental place was a complete nightmare. When we arrived, the owner informed my friend that her license will expire during the rental period, which could lead to denial. While this is understandable, the situation took a turn for the worse when she mentioned that she was in the process of renewing it online, and the owner showed no empathy. He immediately canceled our reservations, leaving us stranded and frustrated. I believe there were better ways to handle this situation, such as transferring the rental to me since I had a valid license, but he was unwilling to consider any alternatives. The owner's lack of concern and the way he laughed at our struggles made the experience even more unpleasant. After spending three hours outside of the rental location, we finally managed to book the rental in my name. However, the owner didn't bother to apologize for the inconvenience and rudeness, prompting me to write this review. I am very satisfied with Adrenaline Luxury Rentals! The day I was wanting to rent the R8 it wasn't on Turo anymore so I reached out to ALR to see if it's still available and it was! Spoke to someone there and got me set up to book the car for the day. I live 2 hours away from Nashville, I took the car back home to pick up my kids (get out of school at different times) and they were so excited and love the car! And so did their friends! Haha also, took my mom and my siblings for a ride in it around town. The car is clean and in great condition! Love the add ons they added to the car! The sound from the aftermarket exhaust is AMAZING! The trip back home and back to Nashville in the R8 is one I won't forget. Will definitely book again, 100%! Thanks guys for making...
