It’s Olive Garden… it’s not Moms Italian but it tastes pretty good at a fair price. Server was unbelievably friendly and this was table service in the bar area! It’s a new building so it looks fantastic. I love the salad it’s so fresh. The chicken parm was just right and crispy. Fettuccine was really cheesy and had a descent flavor, I could do without the lasagna. It had a “prepared from frozen” like flavor. Although the lasagna bites appetizer is mush better. The Gnocchi soup was amazing as well.
UPDATE: 1/4/24 sat n the bar again. Different server for sure. Sat there for 20 minutes. Requested someone come to the table via machine. No one even looked. Went to the front desk and she apologized and found the server 10 minutes later. He said “I’m sorry, it was so slow, I didn’t even notice you sitting there” what!!!!??? Took our order, Manager came over and asked if we were ok and apologized but never came back to check. Food came out and looked good. I love the salads there but this time it had an aftertaste and was not too pleasant. I had chicken parm again. And it was good. My daughter had Spaghetti with garlic sauce and it was pretty bad. Lots of olive oil and way too much lemon, even tasted the zest and again a bad aftertaste. Finished eating, sat there for another 10 minutes waiting on our awol waiter to come by. Asked for boxes and told him the pasta was not good, could we have Alfredo to go? Server brought it out in a bowl with one box. 5 min later he returned with the other box and said we could pay electronically, set it up and bye, never saw him or the Manager again. $45.00 later and we were out the door after a 1-1/2 hour dinner with no offer of anything comped or discounted.

Read moreExcellent lunch experience. Didn't have to wait for a table. The table was absolute clean! No leftover messes from previous diners. The silverware was spotless. As for the food- if you haven't eaten at Olive Garden yet- you must be living in a really remote wilderness area. It's the standard O.G. menu. Our meals came out together- both served HOT. Our waiter was friendly, and made sure our drinking glasses never got below half full. He CRUSHED it and got a generous tip because he absolutely earned it! This restaurant is adjacent to the Opry Mills Mall in Nashville. So it's easy to find, and a great place to stop for a meal before or after having a days worth of shopping at the Mall. Also, the manager stopped by our table and asked us if we were having a pleasant dining experience.... and was happy to answer some questions we had about the area Honestly- I've never had a bad Olive Garden experience, of which I've lost track of how many times I've been at literally dozens of different locations. I can't pick a favorite OG location or experience, but this specific restaurant ties for 1st along with...
Read moreVery Disappointed. Breadsticks - there was no seasoning on the bread, only butter. Salad - lots of onions - I moved the bowl because it was making my eyes water. I told the server I only wanted "a" grilled chicken breast and broccoli (I did not know that you could not order "a" grilled chicken breast at Olive Garden - that's what I order at Carrabba's - I guess my version of "a" grilled chicken breast (in one piece) was different than my server's version). I received some breaded chicken strips normally used for pasta and salads and pretty much raw broccoli. I have never had grilled chicken with breading on it (baked and fried, but not grilled - maybe they do not cook by grill?).
The check said "side order of chicken" and "side order of broccoli". The chicken was very dry since it was already cut (and not on something with sauce) and the broccoli was not cooked at all . Our server never returned to our table to ask how our food was or to check if we needed anything. We paid our check using the device...
