Panda Express — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

After a great time at the zoo, my family and I came to the mall to look around I had never been so it was a treat. We stopped to eat and I will never go back to this establishment. The crew was very rude and played around way too much. The young Asian girl had the worst attitude.. when I sat down to eat there was hair all in my food. When I went up there to let them know she rolled her eyes and was very rude. The manager I believe, that who he was also rude to me.. we had to repeat ourselves at the check out counter because another employee was standing next to him talking about what he was doing later that night and that he should join them out. And he kept asking what did you say... Never will I ever go back to the worst experience and I do like panda express but not this one. The noodles were dry and the teriyaki chicken didn't taste like teriyaki everything was just off. But the unprofessional rude employees leave...

Had lunch today, the food was good, but the cashier charged me for 2 drinks. I went back to the cashier to tell her she charged me for 2 drinks she was very smug about the whole situation, like it was my fault. She gave me back the $1.70 for the drink, but with tax it was $1.86. I told her that, she then got an attitude, threw the money into my hand, like I had a problem. There was mold in my food. I ordered a bowl with super greens and broccoli beef. The broccoli beef sauce had a disgusting gritty texture, all the vegetables were completely raw, and there was only 1 (one) tiny piece of beef in my entree, which was actually kind of amusing. Only had a few bites before I realized that some of the broccoli stems were rotting/moldy! I spoke to a manager and he just asked if I wanted to order something different, he did not seem to understand the health hazard.
