Hollister Co. — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

Just had my worst experience ever at this Holister, and I normally never leave bad reviews but my friend who overheard everything pushed me to make the review. The associate tried to upcharge me on something that should be an even exchange(same style product, just different color and same original price), and when I offered to call customer service on my end so that I can speak with them she knew she was wrong and got aggressive with me and said she would “honor it this once, but not to trust customer service since they just tell customer random things”. Please train your employees to be kind, because the aggressiveness was really uncalled for and completely ruined my experience. It was so uncomfortable and I may never return to shop there, which may have been her goal to push people away from returning. If so, she’s succeeded. I ordered 4 items online to be picked up from this store. The original total and charge to my card was $97.01. I called the store to make sure that my items were all there and Olivia said that she couldn’t locate my items and suggested that I check my email. So I did and it said that my entire order is at that store but it’s not and it showed a total of $67.53 but did not show the hoodie that I ordered and have already been charged for. It’s not my fault that someone is obviously stealing but I want my whole $97.01 that they charged my card for since they don’t have my whole order together. Tried on a jacket in store decided to purchase it online because they were having a really good online sale an the jacket would be a lot cheaper that way chose the pick up option then received an email saying the jacket wasn’t available at the location they was going to have to have one shipped which it was cause I had tried it on. I talked to the associate an asked her why it was showing it wasn’t there when I had it in my hand she told me she didn’t know an I would just have to wait til I received the email showing it was ready.
