this isn’t a negative review to fossil the brand. but some of the employees were just rude. i get it was black friday but it was clear that these two employees did not want to deal with me. first i was trying to check out and i got behind this man buying something. once the man infront of me was done paying. the lady just walked away and started talking to another employee. she clearly saw me but was just ignoring me. so i was like, well i should of went to the other side because the man checking people out over there was being more nice and lively. but when i got there it was cold. i was trying to ask him a question and talk about engraving something but he was to busy itching his head or something. and i get it, i’ve worked in retail, they might’ve only had big bags and all i got was a wallet. but i wanted to see if they had any paper to put in the bag because it’s a present. and when i tried to ask the man. he cut me off right when i said “do you have any pap-” he cut me off and said no then walked off. it was quite embarrassing because there was other people around me who saw and heard it. even the guy who was next to me looking at wallets said under his breath “damn...
Read moreI purchased a Fossil Q Explorist Gen 3 from Amazon only to have the speaker malfunction on me. I took it in to the Fossil store at Opry Mills just to ask them if they could see if I was doing something wrong or if it was indeed dead. The lady confirmed that the speaker was dead and, while I was prepared to return it to Amazon, she offered to replace it free of charge right there in the store. She even took some links out of the band so it fit properly. I told them that I didn't get the watch from them but she said it doesn't matter. It's a Fossil watch and they stand by their product and they want to make sure that I remain happy with their products.
While talking some more with her I told her I had another older Fossil that needed a new battery and one of the digits no longer works on it. After describing the style of watch that it was she asked me to bring it in just so she could see it because it sounded like a watch that she was very interested in seeing. Read morei have yet to buy anything from this store but i can say that the customer service is STELLAR. bunkered down with the staff and some other groups during the tornado from today (12/9/23). they stayed calm, they stayed cheerful and talkative, they helped relax my little sister on her first visit to nashville and tennessee in general!! they let us into the back hallway and left their door open into their store front and thank god they did, because a group further down the hallway started screaming and then there was running and pushing and my partner, my sister, and i were able to get back into the fossil store and be safe there to wait out the tornado warning. thank you to the staff members! didn't catch any names but yall are perfect and angels and i hope you all have the best holiday season and get all the commissions and yall deserve a RAISE etc etc!!! i will be a future buyer when it's less insane in the mall and also not random tornado season!!! thank you...
