Came here thinking I could have lunch with my husband and baby. Guess not because they still are only doing take out. Not only that but the girl at the counter devided it was more important to slowly clean the counter and tidy every little thing while we stood there watching her coworkers take the food we were staring at for the hopping drive through orders. We had to wait for more food to be nade and she asked us if we wanted to wait which I told her we had to. I turned around to see a small group of people shivering outside in coats and 50° rain as they tried to eat their food. We had nowhere to eat and I didn't get to eat with my husband. He just took his food to eat at his desk at work. Didn't get food to my hungry infant until we got home 30 minutes later.
The rating is not a one star review because the cashier gave us complimentary drinks while we waited and the food was good once we finally ate it but this didn't redeem the overall disappointment that we couldn't eat lunch as a family without freezing.
Don't excessively clean up every piece of rice off the counter while your ready to order / hungry customers are staring at the food being taken by the drive through. Would have been better to just go through the drive through...because we're required to get it to go anyway. Having the lobby open only for to go ordering makes ZERO sense.
Open your lobby or close it because it doesn't make sense why people have to eat in 50° rain when there's perfectly good tables empty that could be spaced appropriately for the pandemic.
At this point so many restaurants are open it's clear to the people it's just because you don't want to clean the...
Read moreAshley at 3:30 pm on October 3rd, was clearly not trained in her job and provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. It’s starts with the food looking like it’s sat for some time and some empty dishes. We asked for Kung poa chicken and she asked the cook how long, he replies 5 minutes and we said we’d wait. Ashley then put the chow me in back (which was nice), says nothing to us. We sit and wait. Ashley then starts to do temperature checks on the various dishes with no care as to how she’s doing it, contaminating one dish after another without properly cleaning the thermometer between dishes. Also she used the thermometer in such a way that it would read the metal Pan temp and not the food, I know, I have a Serve Safe certification. 8 minutes later the Kung poa was ready, she saw it was ready, she looks at us and kept doing what she was doing. Finally another employee came over and was courteous and dishes it up. Ashley then looks at us like were inconveniencing her, and rings up our food and I ask for a small drink and she adds 2 drinks instead of one, but I didn’t catch it until after it was rang up. When I said something about it, she confirmed she rang up 2 and then did nothing when I said I asked for 1 drink. The place was not busy, there was only 1 other customer. This behavior is...
Read moreI don’t usually participate in this kind of survey. However the phone number on the receipt doesn’t work and the survey number is out at this time. I spent $11.00 on food . Black pepper chicken noodles and honey walnut shrimp. I also participated in the donation. After reading these reviews it seems like it is common practice for you to order dishes with chicken and only receive vegetables. I do travel for May job and have eaten this same combination at several Panda Express locations in KY and TN. I was so disappointed in receiving 4 shrimp. That is with the $1.25 up charge. And I. The black pepper chicken 1 small piece on chicken. The worst is I must go on line and try to get someone who works for this panda franchise to contact me. It was purchase on 3/16/21 @6:51:28 pm order number 424733 through your drive thru. I do understand everyone is trying to make money these days. I would not normally air this in public as everyone makes a mistake. However, reading reviews it appears I’m not the first to pay for something and not get it. I would...
