The mission of Paradeisos makes this coffee shop special. Immediately upon walking in I felt welcomed and it wasn’t just because this shop is located where the three brothers coffee was formerly at. The staff was chipper and positive and the atmosphere was homey. I feel like paradeisos has turned an industrial-type space into something personal (which perfectly reflects its mission). The barista, a different employee, calls my name and doesn’t acknowledge me when I grab my drink. I thank her again for my second drink while she’s standing right in front of me. Felt like a deliberate choice not to make eye contact.
If you are from out of town like me, and maybe from a city more inclusive, this place will be a… potentially...
