Great American Cookies — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

My wife and I were in the mood for cookies, so we went to Great American Cookie tonight. We left without any cookies, or even being so much as acknowledged by any worker. I’m never returning to this location, maybe not even any of the franchises, ever again.

To start, when we walked in, there was no clear directive for the line. So we all just fumbled towards the ice cream case. When the guests ahead of us were served, we moved to where they were standing, but the boy working skipped over us and started helping the people behind us, like we were invisible.

I tend to be forgiving of food service workers, because I myself manage a high volume dessert shop. But, this did not occur in the middle of a busy time. There were 6 others in the whole establishment. We were ignored completely by all 3 people who were working; they couldn’t have cared less about being there, especially the young lady who was wearing pajama bottoms and slide sandals (which wearing open toed shoes is against health code, mind you).

I hope the owner reads this review. You need to do better at staffing your store with hospitable, friendly, and overall welcoming people. You should be disappointed at the shoddy work your...

I placed an online order for a cookie cake for my son’s 13th birthday party. When I arrived to pick it up at the requested time, I was told that the order had been put in the wrong place and the cookie cake was not ready. The manager told me that I could have my money back or come back an hour and a half later to pick it up 😳, which was the exact time we were supposed to be at the party. If you place an online order at this location, I would recommend calling to confirm receipt and confirm that the order has been placed in the correct stack, file, folder, etc., to avoid this type of stress/inconvenience. I would not assume or trust that it will be ready as requested.

In the end...I picked up my son and some of his friends and then returned to pick up the cookie cake. We got to the party late but we had a cake ... very specifically, we entered with the cake my son requested or his birthday. It was beautifully decorated...

Better than it looks from outside.

Good service. The manager or guy who saw me immediately went to the back. I told the girl I will submit a review even if I don't buy. I don't have money right now. But I was really impressed with the cookies. Is a cookie selection to wowza all cookies.

Fan of ice cream over cookie included. Fact is ice cream is really not that good. The Blueberry tastes more like pancake type. If you like that kind. And it kind of looks how cheaps that it tastes which I guess is good thing.

The toppings selection look very much better. Than any other Gelato oryogurt store I have been to.

They only have few ice creams to choose from. But it's still a good amount. There is interesting recommendations to create different tasting ice cream...
