Party of 2, we walked in and waited to be seated, like the sign at the hostess area said. While it was busy, there were tables inside and outside that were dirty and there was no sight of anyone around to clear them off. After waiting a good 15 minutes, we were still never acknowledged by anyone although there were a few employees that had appeared out of the woodwork. We asked someone if we could go sit outside and they replied “those tables aren’t clean and I’m not sure when we’ll get to them”. We waited a few more minutes hoping that maybe, just maybe, someone would put two and two together and see that we were waiting and clean a table or even a spot at the bar. Nope, never happened. After waiting close to 30 minutes we asked a waitress if there was a table we could sit at (still no acknowledgment of our existence, not even a “hello” from literally anyone). They responded saying “oh it’s open seating, just sit wherever”. We said there’s a sign here that says wait to be seated. The waitress actually had the audacity to say “I’ve never seen that sign in my life”. Give me a break. We explained that we didn’t appreciate feeling like we were actually invisible and no one said two words to us about seating, a wait, or even said hello. After that we left and went somewhere else where we were acknowledged right away, had great service and great food. And we spent a nice chunk of change. Also to add, a couple came in about 15 minutes after we did, they also were never acknowledged. They sat at the bar, bartender didn’t say two words to them either. One of the two people said something to the bartender, asking for something, and the bartender just didn’t do it. They still didn’t have drinks or menus when we left and the bar wasn’t that busy. All in all, we probably won’t go here again when we come back. There’s other places to go with live music that actually want your business. (The group that was performing was...
Read moreWe had breakfast today. The servers were kind and helpful. The food was a mess. We had the buffet. Grits were not hot enough. The cheese couldn't melt. The scrambled eggs were straight RUBBER. They left the food to sit out until they were inedible. I don't know how you mess up eggs. Quality control is truly lacking. I would have made a bigger deal if I was paying $17 for the meal, but this was a "compensation" for not having our room ready on time at check in. It's a shame. There really weren't that many at the breakfast buffet. Maybe this quality control with the food is the weak link. For example, I notified a server about the food issues. Then they magically put out biscuits that were actually good instead of the dry, crumbly ones. Then the eggs were not as rubbery. You won't get repeat customers if you don't pay attention to the food. I don't plant to be back. It was not worth $17. At least it was free, but it tasted like it...
Read moreWell the music was awesome as usual. But I ended up eating there a my experience was horrible. I ordered a burger medium and no seasoning. And I brought it to me took a bite into it and it was well, well done. She took it back and they made me another one. This time it was medium but it had so much salt and pepper seasoning on it but the bite I took gave me chills from the salt. I finally told him just forget it and we ordered the fried pickles and I only ate about half of them they were so deal and bitter you couldn't hardly eat them. She didn't charge me for my food but I still didn't get the meal I wanted because I had not eaten all day long. My friend and I finally left about 3 hours after we got there and ended up going down the street to McDonald's and getting something to eat. I'll just know to eat before I come next...
