This location has consistently proven just how little they care about the speed, accuracy, and quality of the orders they put out. Not to mention their customer service standards are mediocre on a good day.
I’m fairly easy to please and can go with the flow typically, however, as a vegetarian I expect no meat on my cheese quesadilla, especially after the order has been repeated and confirmed. And I’m always sure to check the bag before driving off or else I’m liable to be a victim of cinnamon twist roulette and end up twist less in the end.
As for customer service, well, first I think they’d have to be taught what that phrase means. You pull up to a closed window, wait a min, and then you’re greeted with an incorrect order, a slight attitude back at your questioning of said order, and a bag thrusted in your face along with your payment, receipt and/ or change. No drink in sight nor any mention of what sauce I might like, which leads to another 30 seconds of sitting and vying for the workers attention who, yet again, meets me with an attitude as if I was the most inconvenient customer they’ve had all day.
Beyond all this, I’ve noticed a pattern in the store lights preemptively going out at about an hour or so before close, the doors being locked earlier than posted lobby hours state, or my favorite where the whole store participates in pretending that the posted hours both physically and online are incorrect and I am denied service entirely!
One of these transgressions from time to time wouldn’t bother me at all, but each example given has happened multiple times and the occurrences are fairly frequent. Hoping this location can step it up and make a change. I expect more from Taco Bell. I don’t expect above and beyond, but I do expect the bare minimum in food quality and order accuracy, and I have become accustomed to above average in customer service at most other locations. Do not expect any of the sort from this location, you will not be...
Read moreAfter reading a mix of reviews about this Taco Bell location, I decided to check it out for myself and make my own judgment. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised!
Firstly, I have to give a shoutout to Anaya—she's the true MVP. Not only was she efficient at her job, but she also went above and beyond to help an older gentleman navigate the kiosk. That kind of customer service is rare and deserves recognition.
I went for a mix of items including the Cheesy Gordita Crunch Combo and the Mexican Pizza. The food was prepared fresh and tasted just how I expected it to—delicious. I noticed some reviews mentioned inconsistency in food quality, but that was definitely not the case for me.
I also saw comments about the lobby being closed during advertised hours. I had no such issue; the restaurant was open and operating as expected. And yes, there's plenty of parking, so that's one less thing to worry about.
However, it does appear that they've been struggling a bit with staffing, much like many other businesses post-pandemic. But even so, the employee on duty managed to keep things running smoothly.
I can't comment on the French fries, as I opted for something else, but overall, it was a satisfactory experience. While it's clear that there have been some bumps along the road for this Taco Bell location, it seems they are doing their best to provide a quality dining experience.
Would definitely recommend, especially if you're in the mood for some reliable,...
Read moreI went through the drive thru today with nobody in line in front of me. After the gentleman greeted me, I said "Hi. May I just get 2 Cantina Chicken Burritos, please?" Him: "How Many?" Me: "Uuhh... 2, please. And a medium unsweetened tea and a bunch of Diablo." On the monitor it showed him ringing up 1 large and 1 med UNSWEETENED teas. When I pointed it out over the intercom that I just wanted the medium he fixed it. I got to the window, handed him my CC and he handed me my drink. It was SWEET tea. When he reopened the window to give me my card and food I said "Hey, man... I'm not trying to be a pain but I asked for unsweetened tea." He sighed heavily and said "We don't have unsweetened tea, sir." I managed to refrain from giving him a lecture on how it showed up on the monitor as UNSWEETENED TEA, then explain to him that tea doesn't show up sweetened. You DO have unsweetened tea... before you add sugar to it. Anyway, I got back to work, $17 later, and the "Lots of Diablo" I asked for was 4 packs of mild. Its a...
