**Edited: The manager (Yandel?) called multiple times to harass me because of my review. A Tony Montana-esque, heavily accented “Leh me tell you suuuu-thing” is not how you address someone who’s paid money for a service—frankly, it sounded like the beginning of a threat, hence the police report I’m beginning.
Twice have I come here for curbside service. Twice have I been outside for an absorbent amount of time. The manager just claimed he didn’t know I was out there, yet I’ve been here for 30 minutes with hazard lights on. And I sent the restaurant notification twice online. He also lied: he saw the car with the hazard lights on, pointed at the car, laughed, and hid behind the wall. If he was afraid of a woman in a vehicle, he should’ve said as such. He also said he couldn’t deliver the food curbside because I was on the phone. He wasn’t alone. Two workers were standing while another was cooking. My food had been sitting there for 15 minutes sans an attempt at delivery. I shall contact the corporate office because this is unacceptable service: a lying manager who’s afraid of women needn’t have a...
Read moreMy son was told about this place from a co-worker at work. One day he stopped in an decided to order a “Salmon Salad”, he couldn’t believe how incredibly awesome tasting this salad was. It WASN'T wilted, was GREEN to perfection along with the added pecans. He mentioned this place to me and I said “Oh a salad?” Honestly I thought most salads I get are wilted n bland tasting so I didn’t think much about it till he said NO MOM u won’t believe this place, the FOOD IS INCREDIBLE!! Those were his words. He said you’ve got to taste this salad, for I love salads and salmon. He picked up two salmon salad dinners tonight...I couldn’t agree more with him omgosh this was incredibly the best salad I’ve ever tasted! The salmon was cooked to perfection with a moisture base that tasted like a honey glaze...wow! The lettuce was the GREENEST I’ve ever seen in a restaurant and NOT WILTED..THAT IMPRESSED ME. Everything on it was perfection to a touch of class. Kudos to all dedicated, hard working staff, preparing our meals, for without you , the preparation would be lost. We WILL be...
Read moreI visited Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Hermitage with my family, and honestly, it was disappointing. I ordered the lamb, salad, and red potato plate, but the lamb was overcooked, dry, and had no flavor at all. The potatoes were mushy and lacked texture. To make matters worse, there was a gnat constantly flying around the salad, which was really unappetizing.
I also ordered the basmati rice and chicken for my kid, and that was another letdown. The rice had a sour taste, almost like it had gone bad, and the chicken was just as dry and flavorless as the lamb. My kid barely touched her food, and after tasting it myself, I couldn’t blame her.
If you're craving good Mediterranean food, this is not the place to go. You’re better off finding an authentic gyro spot. On the bright side, the staff was friendly, but unfortunately, that didn’t make up for the...
