ngl people dont understand that the consistently packed 40 car long line is from people ordering 10 drinks that are made from scratch each. You can expect a long line, but its not the workers, its the customers. The impatient ones will tell you not to go there because they don't count on virtues and like to be fed with a silver spoon.
Working at a coffee shop myself, a double shot of espresso usually takes anywhere from 20-30 seconds to pour. When one customer orders five drinks with THREE shots of espresso and there might only be two places to pour espresso out of, obviously one order will take a while. This isn't fast food, you can't make espresso pour faster, otherwise it'll taste terrible.
The staff has always been happy to see me, as I have been patient with them. Mistakes are made, but its never a problem to fix it. Karen might get red in the face because her "late" was made wrong but at the end of the day, she's the fool and could never learn true patience.

They were out of nitro cold brew, which is hard to believe and means poor inventory management. I ordered 2 cold brew coffees instead. Cold brew coffee is pre-made and the barista just pours it over ice.
It took 18 minutes for me to receive my cold brew. My cups were filled to the top brim with ice cubes, so I only got 5 watery sips out of my $4 beverage. It was extremely diluted compared to cold brew I have had at other Starbucks locations.
There were only 2 customers inside and the drive thru had 3 cars. For four baristas, I think this is easily manageable.
I could understand such bad service if Starbucks was slammed or this was a small mom and pop shop. I would expect some standardization and more efficient service since Starbucks is a global chain. Seems like this franchise location is mismanaged.
