I don't rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to this time. I tried calling the store, but it just rang & rang. I want to start by saying that I understand the situation businesses are having with staffing shortages, but should that affect the quality of the food? Papa Murphy's has been on the top of our list for pizza for years. Yesterday, when my husband brought home our pizza, I noticed a difference before I even took the plastic off. I'm thinking that the person putting the crust together was in a rush or just didn't know how to do it. We ordered original crust, but it seemed to be more of a thin crust in certain areas. In parts of the pizza, the edges weren't even there. The consistency of the pizza was off, didn't cut right & it stuck to the cardboard. I read the review before mine & saw they had the same problem. Because they are very old, I realize pizza prices have changed, but the cards had NO expiration date on them. The store manager was rude when I asked if any of the coupons could still be used. They had a $3 off coupon that I thought should still apply. When I repeated that they had no expiration date on them...she said "Maybe if they were from a year ago". He offered to make me one on the spot which was amazing. The curly haired girl spoke up and said you probably called the wrong store, I then looked back at my Calls to verify it was the Neenah one and it was. She still spoke to me saying it was my fault and that you didn’t call us you called the wrong store even though the number was the correct one.
