I’m MOSTLY sure that I’m writing a review for the right place….. At the 2022 Sierra Poetry Festival, La Guaira Bistro set up a station outside and served hot, crispy arepas to a line of hungry poets. And another thing occurred to me: when I ordered two varieties, I expected a single-serving of all the accoutrements, but instead they gave me two full plates with salad, sauces, and everything—yet they only charged $25 for what should have been $30. I would gladly scout these folks out for another lunch or...
