Upon entering the Downtown Summerlin location, the first thing noticeable was just how uninterested the employees seemed to be. They there were 3 of them behind the counter, and it was painfully obvious none of them wanted to be there. We ordered and decided to sit and wait for the food to be made. Of the 6 or so tables in the building, 2 were occupied, and 3 had not been wiped off or cleaned in quite some time. Pizza sauce and crumbs littered not only the tables, but the ground as well. In the 45 minutes it took them to make a single large pizza, even the manager of the place happened to do something that reflected poorly on the business. He came out to chastise his staff directly in front of the customers, "Now this is how it should be done every time!" Not exactly the correct kind of show to be putting on in front of customers. Once the pizza was eventually done, we got one more unenthusiastic goodbye and we went on our way. There was no way I was eating inside with how unclean it was. The only thing that keeps me from giving them a one star instead of two is the fact that the food was edible, but underwhelming for the time...
Read moreI honestly did not expect the pizza to be this good—but wow, was I pleasantly surprised! Tucked inside the Luxor Hotel food court, Bonanno’s Pizzeria delivered some of the best fast-casual pizza I’ve ever had. The sauces were rich and flavorful, the crust was perfectly crisp, and the overall quality of ingredients really stood out. I still catch myself thinking about those slices!
They also offer a great variety of options, which makes it easy to find something you’ll love.
The only drawback is the price—I paid around $50 for three slices, which is steep for a food court meal. But if you’re willing to splurge a little, I’d still say it’s worth the try for the flavor alone.
Delicious pizza, clean location, and convenient if you’re staying at or near the Luxor. Would definitely go back—just be ready for...

It was a busy day in Las Vegas. Soccer was being played at the Allegiant Stadium nearby, and there was no way we were going to be off-the-strip. Not wanting to leave the hotel, options were slim. We picked up a sub and some pizza, so tada! Food court dinner, babie.
Pepperoni slice + tip was about $13. It's a slice of basic pie where the pepperoni cupped and became a vessel of flavor and grease. Maybe too much "flavor," though? After a good blotting with some napkins, it was edible.
You can get better pizza on the strip for sure, but it's not bad. The staff are friendly and work efficiently. You won't be disappointed as long as you keep in mind that it's food court pizza. This is very much a place that takes cooked pizza and reheats...
