I tried this place, two mornings for breakfast the first time I ordered eggs Benedict poached, medium well. I explained to my Server that I like my egg yolks gooey, not over easy and not hard just set. I also ordered a pancake. My husband also ordered breakfast Our food came out and our pancakes were OK. They just weren’t hot they would not melt the butter. My eggs Benedict came Sunnyside up meaning the whites were clear and the egg yolks were over easy eggs. When I jiggled the plate, my eggs were jiggling raw, Benedict was cold. Server was very busy in his section. I waited at least 15 minutes to get his attention he come over and said why am I not eating my breakfast and I explained to him it’s not the way I ordered it. it’s cold he passed it off to another Server to take back to the kitchen and warm up, it came back 10 minutes later still not cooked correctly and it still was not hot. So I waited again. Finally he came over in another 10 or 15 minutes at this time he was frustrated. My husband finished his breakfast. He said he was gonna take it back and have it remade. Another 15 to 20 minutes goes by and I still don’t have breakfast. It comes out from the kitchen and he asked me to check it and I give up. I ate English muffin, some of the sauce, but I could not eat the eggs still not cooked correctly. The other table in front of us also had cold food and sent it back. The next day I returned for breakfast. I decided to order something different side of Ham. eggs basted medium well dark whole wheat toast. My breakfast came out and I got rye toast, not whole wheat. The eggs were not basted. They were greasy and cooked medium egg, soft and runny and the ham was one slice of deli ham, cut as thin as possible that you would put on a ham sandwich. My husband was also disappointed in his breakfast. He ordered the ham also and he ordered a pancake and they must’ve used leftover pancake mix. It was tough and chewy and cold.. My husband got up to use the restroom after eating what he could. I stayed and had another cuppa coffee. The booth behind us the lady got sick she come by my table, covering her mouth and puking in front of me on the floor. Not a very good experience again we decided not to go back to this restaurant while we were staying there for a week. do not recommend it.

I cant say enough about our meals at this restaurant. Our party of five was seated immediately on Saturday morning. We had to wait a few minutes for the waiter to realize we were there and make sure we had coffee, but that was the only flaw with our visit. Dante, our waiter was exceptional in making us feel welcome, at meeting our needs and making sure our orders were perfect. The cheese on my scrambled eggs was more than I expected and deliciously carmelized on top. The eggs were fluffy and tasty and I couldn't get enough. The link sausages were phenomenal as well. Lightly seasoned and just right. The pancakes ordered by my sister in law were plate sized, delicious and buttery tasting with a hint of vanilla. She also ordered a denver omelette. My brother in law ordered a Pharoah's Breakfast and raved about all of it. Dante even remembered to bring the sugar free syrup. We had such a great experience there was no question that we wouldnt go back on Sunday. Luckily, we landed by sheer accident in Dante's section. He remembered our orders from the day before. He's a magician for sure! We ordered different meals mostly, and everything was delicious. Two meals, two different days and both of them were flawless. Excellent Experience.

We decided on Pyramid Café on our second and last morning in the Luxor due to a horrible experience at the Breakfast Buffet. It was definitely a better choice. I ordered the traditional eggs benedict with bacon instead of canadian bacon (I do this regularly, you should try it). It was excellent. I'm one that makes my own hollandaise, and I can tell theirs is not homemade—but many restaurants don't, unfortunately. Nevertheless, it was a very visually appealing and tasty dish (generous with the bacon as well), just needing salt. My wife ordered the country benny, which was really more like biscuits and gravy than a benny. It had scrambled eggs and a sausage patty. It was very good, as long as you know you're not getting the traditional poached eggs. It was plated very nicely. I took a star off for service because our server just wasn't a ray of sunshine. She and our hostess both were not welcoming or friendly at all. Didn't even say good morning or smile. Other than that, we enjoyed the meal, which is WAY more than I can say for our Breakfast Buffet experience the morning before. Stay tuned for that review! Lol

My husband and I were going to eat something off strip for our last meal in Vegas. After looking at the pictures of the delicious food on Google we decided to go eat here. i wanted the pyramid pancakes but also wanted some meat. I wanted ham but the phariohs feast didn't offer it and I didn't see it as a side option. There was a menu option with ham. I tried ordering that and add the pyramid stack as a side. The waitress cut me off and told me I was basically getting the Pharoah's feast. I told her that I wanted ham and if we could add berries to the pancakes. I was delighted with the pancakes because we added berries and whipped cream. Yay! But the protein and hash brown platter had no ham and looked and tasted like it had been sitting on the warmer too long. The hash browns were hard and cold except for what was under the eggs. The sausage was disgustingly hard and cold. The bacon was cold. My husband tried ordering the eggs benedict with a side of biscuits and gravy and again the waitress basically told him what he wanted. However in his case, she was right. I didn't catch her name but from her attitude it seemed like she has been working there too long. She was a short, older lady I'd put at 55+ with blonde hair she had in a pony tail and bangs. I don't think we'll be choosing this...
