Dotty's Casino — Restaurant in Nevada

Came to the store at 3:50 I'm an older lady buying cigarettes I frequent this store quite often as it is the one in my neighborhood... There is a certain gentleman there. I do not know his name. His tall but a little on the big side dark hair. He's very rude to people who come in who are not tipping him is the way I feel... On this particular day May 20th, there was two people ahead of me. He asked one of the people for their ID and then decided to walk away to put down ashtrays instead of take care of the three customers standing in front of his register. He does this quite often makes you stand and wait till he's ready to deal with you. It takes literally seconds to buy a pack of cigarettes. No time at all.. the lady ahead of me asked him why he couldn't take care of the people at the register instead of putting the ashtrays down that he could have done when he was done with us... He came back with I don't allow yelling in my store. She said I'm not yelling which I agree. She was not using a regular tone. He told her if she didn't like what was going on that she could just leave that he wasn't going to serve her. The other person with her got angry and a hit the tip jar, making it fly across the room and almost hit the cashier... I'm sorry but I almost wished it would have hit him. He's rude all the time. He'll make you stand at the door while he sits at his table. Smoking a cigarette ignoring you no matter what the weather is outside... This employee needs to be reprimanded for NOT taking care of people that come in there and pay his paycheck.. he only caters to the ones that tip him... At I have also waited at the register to purchase my cigarettes while he sits and chit chats with someone that is gambling makes you wait until he's darn good and ready to come over and help you and because I'm an older woman I tolerate it but I've had enough this man is rude and he's lucky to have a job please Dottie's do something about this employee I really wish I knew his name... Sincerely, a frequent patron...

I must start off by saying we have been going to Dotties for about 10 years. We have always went to the location on Rainbow and we have been treated extremely nice. We decided to go to the location of warm Springs and Durango, where Zach is the bartender we were waiting outside, basically stepping in a pound of pigeon poop, outside the door, which could’ve been cleaned up we buzzed the buzzer like we were supposed to my husband wears prescription glasses and I must say that again prescription glasses and cannot see without them. Zach came up to the door and was speaking loudly for him to take his glasses off his face before coming in we did not understand him at the beginning till finally, we got it,he took his glasses off and in the meantime, everybody that was at that location turned around and stared at us as we were walking in , I never thought there was a rule at Dotties about somebody wearing prescription glasses because of this ordeal and because of the rudeness, we will never step foot in Dotties again and I also want to add, I have never in my life been in a more dirtier location of Dotties, The smell alone will knock you out and the filth that’s all inside that store and we have played many of your locations, it might help for them to empty ashtrays around and maybe sweep once in a while.Thank you very much for all of your services in the past and good luck...

Air quality not that good. Place is kept up clean. Machines not paying out too much. Zach employyee there is very nice but can't say that about...
