Dunkin' Express — Restaurant in Nevada

Dunkin’ Express Terminal D6 will not get me as a customer again. Let’s start with the fact that they yell that they do not accept the DD app or gift card. That would be nice to know by reading a sign instead of having someone constantly repeat it in a rude manner.

I purchased the bacon snack and it was cold and packed with grease. I took it back to the counter and expressed that the bacon is cold and has clumps of grease on it. I asked for it to be reheated. I was told they cook the bacon in the morning and put it in a box and serve it from the box. Sure enough I observe a plastic container full of bacon just sitting. That makes no sense at all.

My drinks were perfect but the food and customer service is something to be desired. I’m huge on customer service. It’s how you treat people that keeps them coming back. Because of convenience of location they’ll get customers but service when ordering could be a lot better and say the bacon is served cold...

Don't go! Don't waste your time and break your feelings. It has the worst customer service ever and the worst fast-food chain store ever seen.

I was told that there was nothing that could be served on the menu for breakfast (they shouldn't put the breakfast menu on the wall), and when I asked twice for the price of a donut, I was deliberately yelled at by an old lady staff purposely slowly and loudly, while with so much meaning full exhaling a sigh and in front of a large crowd of about 20 people waiting. My day of starts got totally the worst ever.

The lady who comes in for the 8 AM shift is the worst to deal with. She should be fired to keep the company's brand and reputation as a famous donut chain store. This store, where a lot of people come from all over the world, will only lose fans if Donkin Donuts Company does make something action is not done about it.

After an abysmal experience with very rude airport employees, I had the extreme pleasure to be waited on by your employees at this location. The name on my receipt was Jasmine, and the other young lady that was working with her, I didn't catch her name, but she had dark long hair worn in a braid. These young ladies were the only friendly workers my son and I encountered in the airport. They had bright smiles, were friendly and personable with all their customers and demonstrated very fast efficient and competent work ethic with smooth ease. Do not let go of these young ladies.
