I am a rideshare driver I buy my coffee here most morning or buy beverages when I need a break, except today. I needed to use the restroom but the counter clerk was chit chatting with some people and I had urgency all of the sudden for the bathroom, I asked to use the restroom but he said No unless I buy first, I asked him to please let me relieve myself first as I am a repeat customer he just laughed it off and I almost wet myself I had to run to Roberto’s they know me since I also frequent their establishment often since I drive in that area.He was so rude I have never had an issue here before but I think his conversation with the people charging their phones was more important. Read moreBecause we had a big group we decided to make it easier on the employees by ordering ahead online. We walked in to the dunkin and sat down just waiting for food. We greeted the employees but tried to keep quiet as possible. Once one of our orders we’re ready we went up to grab it from the pick up desk and the manager basically yelled at us saying it’s a walk in order and not ours. We told her that we did order walk in and it is in fact our order. She kept insisting that it wasn’t ours cause we had just walked in. We even told her the name on the order and she would not give us the food. We finally showed her the receipt on our phone to confirm it was our order and then she finally gave it to us. We had two other orders left and each order had at least 1 item burnt or undercooked. We asked to remake one sandwich cause it was super burnt and the new one we got was also burnt but we didn’t want to get yelled at again so we just left it. Read moreUsually, I have had good experiences until recently. It seems they are more worried about delivery orders and the drive-thru. I went this morning to get a drink as I have the app. I get there, and there are a few people in front of me. They only had one cashier when there was a line forming. It took like about 10 minutes to place my order. A guy behind me left as it was taking a long time to place an order. The cashier was getting doughnuts for the guy in front of me, and it took a long time for him to get the box full of doughnuts. The cashier seemed rude. There were more people in the back working than the front. I tend to only go because of the discounts and rewards on the app. Don't come here if you are in a rush as it takes forever to place an order when you walk in. This place went down to one star as I went today to get a drink on my way home. I was not greeted. They were all in the back. I felt ignored. They saw me but did not do anything.
