What a fun and great little show...there is not a bad seat in the house and its a nice intimate setting in smaller room so no worry of being too far from stage..the online seating chart makes it look bit more complex then it is in real life so dont fret the online seat chart since you will get good spot no matter what seat you cboose...the staff running the program were great and organized..they check you in by name and then lead you direct to your seats so there is no confusion...also due to slight stadium seat angles there is really no issue with anyone blocking your view...there is drink menu near your seat and a hostess comes around just prior to show and takes drink orders.. you will receive drinks a bit later since she gets several orders at a time but she did great job for us and she brings the bill to you just as show is ending...the band did a great job and the Elvis Tribute Artist was amazing.. we heard they may rotate ETA some days but Travis Allen was our artist and he was great..He was energetic and obviously an amazing singer but he also did a great job interacting with the audience and making the show fun...the set list ran smooth and no unorganized downtime which really is a mark of professionals..we have seen several world class elvis tribute artist and Travis is right up there with the best we have seen..the set list was great selection of classic and energetic elvis songs and all were performed great by Travis and the band...we will 100% for sure return to see other shook up shows here...it runs 7 nights a week and if we were here a an additional day I would have happily...
Read more“E” wasn’t just for Elvis in Travis Allen’s All Shook Up-Tribute to the King show that we went to this week at the Modern Showroom at Alexis Park All Suite Resort Hotel off strip Vegas. “E” was also for excellent, effort, energy and enthusiasm that Travis exuded.
The show had an old school Vegas nightclub look and feel right from the start which included each patron being shown to their seats individually by a wonderful usher/MC. Seats were either front stage rows or candlelit table and chairs or back row seating but all had great views of the show. Drinks were large and strong with orders taken by great, cheerful wait staff members. Live guitar, base player and drummer were up to the challenge of Travis’ high energy performance.
Wide range of ages of the crowd were politely quiet at the start but were soon inspired into a sing along, clapping, hootin’ and hollering group by Travis. Travis was a master of his craft as an Elvis impersonator and entertainer. Voice, body movements and pure talent also include a fantastic sense of humour with a complete command of his audience. Travis started and finished the whole night with a huge smile. He mixed with the audience throughout his wonderful performance and he stayed after the show to meet and greet and take free pictures and sign autographs with any and all. A true showman taking care of business just like the King himself.
Highly recommended for a great evening that you...
Read moreWe enjoyed this show very much. It is at the off strip Alexis resort which made it very easy to enter the parking lot and park for free close to the building. No parking nightmare like a big hotel complex on the strip. Travis Allen does a good Elvis impersonation. We were sitting in the second row and had a great view of the show, but I looked around the room and it appeared that everybody had a good clear view of the stage and the act. The only negative thing I might say is the act was sold as "dinner and show" so I assumed it was a "dinner show". Instead, they gave you a $20 coupon with each ticket to use at the Alexis resort and you could have dinner before the show started or after. Problem was they never told you that until you showed up at the Alexis Resort so we got stuck having to eat dinner after the show was over when we had other plans. There were 2 dining choices in which to use the coupons: A steakhouse and a bar/grill option. We ended up spending $166 at the steakhouse with the savings. Not worth the twenty dollar savings to eat at the Alexis in my opinion. One would do better to eat at a nice restaurant ar one of the strip casino/resorts or even one of the food courts to save money.
Elvis impersonator was...
