I’ll start by saying my rating is based on the actual resort, the timeshare experience would be 0 stars. We got a free two night say from a timeshare presentation in Arizona so we decided to use it for our anniversary in Vegas. The resort it self was great, the room we stayed in was very nice, kitchen was a bit outdated but honestly way better then just a hotel on the strip, check in was a breeze, they even let us check in early. Complementary drinks the first night was great. They have a free shuttle to Paris hotel on the strip until 9pm it runs every 30 mins or so, we used it a few times and it was great. At check in they even gave us a $20 credit to use at a couple options at the resort, we ended up using it for coffees (Starbucks) but it wasn’t called Starbucks but was good. They give you a bracket with your room key on it so you don’t have to carry about the annoying card, LOvED that! We tried to do a night swim but the one pool in tower 3 was freezing so we didn’t end up swimming. The pools all looked very nice though, they had a family pool and an adult only pool which was quite nice, they had bbqs for people to use also quite nice. Probably would have used more amenities if we would have stayed longer. So the actually resort itself was very nice! ||The timeshare part on the other hand really ruined it for us. The begging of their presentation they really emphasize on how this is a NO pressure experience, they just want you to listen to what they have to say with an open mind. They do not care if you buy one or not just enjoy the experience and keep an open mind. Sounds perfect right… WRONG! The presentation was great, interactive, informative, they had snacks and coffee, miss the old days when they actually had food but snacks were fine. I wish I could remember her name but our sales representative was amazing, very nice and personable. Everything was going great until the manger type man come over, he had me put my social security number into the iPad and we were asking questions why he needed my SS and to sign and I went to tell him never I did not want my credit ran and he said whoopsie you hit the button to run it but I DID NOT hit the button, I had put my SS in and signed. Then he turned the iPad to my husband and was pressuring him to put his SS in and we told him no, I didn’t even want my credit ran, he sat there and pushed to get his SS, I had to tell him multiple times NO. He seemed to get annoyed quickly and left, we went and toured a room and came back, we had told our sales lady we are not interested in purchasing today she totally understood and it seemed like that was the end of it.. nope here comes the manager again, I told him we were not interested and he WOULD NOT TAKE NO AS A ANSWER!! He literally kept asking why, he would look at my husband and say what’s the problem it’s always the wives begging the husbands to do it and that’s not happening here today. He asked how much I liked the resort , I told him I loved the resort, he told me to rate it 0-10 .. I rated it a 8 he would proceed to tell me there’s no way I could rate it that high and then refuse to buy a timeshare, so my rating would actually need to be a 0, I told him just because I liked the resort did not mean I had to buy a time share, his obviously not fully developed brain could not comprehend I did not want to purchase a timeshare. The fact that a grown man literally could not take NO as an answer was quite disturbing and disgusting. Last time I checked NO is a full sentence and I don’t need to give him a reason why but after giving him multiple reasons he still did not want to take NO as an answer and still kept pushing. After he finally could tell I was becoming quite angry he left. Just to be met with another man who was trying to get us to do a year trial run of some sort, he asked how it went and I told him horrible because of his manager and he literally stood up for the man!! I told him they shouldn’t start their presentations out with this is a no pressure presentation and then send that man to your table!!!! Then he had the balls to ask me not once but multiple times to please leave a good review, as we walked to the front to collect our $100 gift card, he didn’t ask he TOLD me to leave a positive view!!!! If your looking for scummy sales people here they are!!! I have never felt so uncomfortable as I did the second that man sat down and to make it worse the last guy didn’t see a problem with his tactics. Even our sales lady apologized for the man’s behavior and was going to talk to someone about it. So it ruined it all. Nice resort, would I go back NOPE! I’m not sure why these timeshare things are even still a thing. If you want to be belittled, talked down on go to this one. Unfortunate because the resort itself was nice and could have really enjoyed it but nothing ruins your day more then a egotistical, Narcissistic man who can’t take no as an answer, and I can only hope and pray outside work he understands no when he’s told it because inside that resort...

An overwhelming place to be during checkout or peak hours (FWIW I did checkin on Father's Day). Concierge was slower than other Wyndhams I've visited, too much pomp & circumstance IMO, but hospitality was excellent on every level. Thankfully there's a virtual (text) concierge to streamline questions/requests. The grounds are beautiful & public spaces are impeccably clean (⚠️mopping high traffic areas during checkout hour isn't safe FYI). Signage is both a little & a lot... even with their map it's easy to get lost initially. 11am late checkout MVP employees: April Jones
ROOM -- 👍 https://youtu.be/_IYPuwk0YhY A layout which felt very nostalgic, like an east coast duplex. Lighting, storage, & spaciousness were A+. Seating was stiff & dated, unfortunately. The blindness for any ergonomics also hampered work productivity. No competent workspace here or in the "business center", which is more of an improvised public library corner. Birds regularly roost & tap on the windows, making the view a turn off💩. This is a solved problem in most places; not sure what the deal is here... ⚠️ The laundry detergent supplied is very harsh on clothes; I recommend bringing your own.⚠️
BED -- 👍 Instant relaxation. High thread count sheets, house-brand pillows, cozy comforters, & an amazing BeautyRest mattress. The status quo Wyndham setup that always sleeps very very well.
BATH -- 👎 small & underwhelming on maintenance/upkeep. The vanity was sufficiently spacious, staged with a few stock toiletries. Their usual bath product line wasn't setup, which was a bummer because it's quite nice. It wouldn't have made a difference tho because our sink was clogged & the water never seemed to heat up. Shower experience was also poor. The tub was severely worn tub. Towels were rough, thin, & ready to be recycled/replaced.
TV/ENT./ACTIVITIES -- 👍 2 HD TVs supported by very functional entrainment centers. They're easy to connect & configure for game consoles or streaming devices. Cable signal was crystal clear, providing a dense channel selection. Outside the unit were activities GALORE: A highly social pool area, movie theatre, spa services, & a gym. All of these spotless, well-maintained, & the vibes were always friendly.
WI-FI & CELL RECEPTION -- 👍 Status quo unencrypted ~25 Mbps hotel WiFi. Good enough for work. Cellular preformed perfectly. --Performance-- Video streaming - average Online gaming - average Video chatting - average --Nerd Stats-- 24-25 Mbps download 22-23 Mbps upload 0% packet loss 6 ms latency 31 ms jitter
FOOD & DRINK -- 👍 Not DoorDash friendly. There's a variety of on-premise options for food, including: a snack market, Starbucks, & deli. I tried the breakfast bacon & hash browns. It wasn't awful but was horrifically overpriced for generic-from-frozen sides. Vending machines & water stations were well-positioned & available throughout the property. In-room we had a full kitchen with all utensils needed to create delicious home cooked meals. Appliances just aren't the latest nor greatest. The sink installation feels like a practical joke: the dimensions are impractical & leak water everywhere. in-room: ✅ microwave ✅ fridge ✅ coffee ✅ tea ❌ wet-bar ❌ mini-bar
NOISE -- 👍 Surprisingly good acoustics sans the sound of kids running through halls.
LOCATION -- 👍Safe property with top notch security staff. Smooth ride share pickup/drop-off experience + complimentary shuttles to the strip! They don't run very late (9am-9pm), but the frequency is adequate (30m).
RECOMMENDATION & RATING 👍 Amenities & convenience couldn't be stronger at this price point. Transitions & furnishings leave much to be desired. I highly recommend this location for budget-friendly groups looking to have an off-strip experience. 4/5...

The suite location was close to the oasis cafe and the pools ..:: however we were given the first room past the cafe and outside of each window was the outdoor extended patio from the cafe. There was one set of table and chairs that was set right outside the larger bedroom. Often employees would take their breaks sitting at the chair. There is NO PRIVACY if one wanted to open their drapes. They could see right into any of the rooms. The sheer drapes were not enough and we had to keep all three heavy drapes closed. Felt like we were in a dungeon.
Please consider added a mirror coating to those windows so guests can open their drapes and and keep their privacy!
The smell in our room was repulsive. Every time we walked in it smelled like old trash or a soiled diaper they tried to cover up with bad air fresheners. Thankfully we got used to it rather quickly.
While on the subject of trash… the “trash chute” always had a stack of trash bags piled in the room.
Each room had a tv that is claimed to be chrome cast capable. However we were unable to get the master room tv to chrome cast. Kept getting a message about a vdi cable. We messaged the hotel staff who didn’t offer fix the issue but recommended the cable. Ummmmm We ARE on vacation. One should have to carry Mary Poppins bag of A/V cables. And if that’s what that tv requires …have one on hand offered by the hotel.
It does seem, without help from staff, that some cable were not connected on the back of the tv… we finally got the chrome cast option to come up but it wouldn’t stay connected. Tried in two different devices.
The room offered plenty of space but the w/d are oddly located in the master bathroom.
Also in the master bath it’s an open doorway and an open cutout window above the jetted corner tub. Which gives full Monty view of the glass shower. No door to close off the vanity / shower and tub. Nor any closely drape in the window.
I’ve been married over 15 years…but all the same I still like some privacy when bathing/showering. I don’t want to be constantly exposed.
On the 2nd morning in the fire alarm went off at 7:30 in the morning. We quickly rouse the kids and get their shoes on and down the stairs to the parking lot. Sadly besides our family and one other adult who went down 10 flights of stairs no one else seemed to take the alarm with any concern.
After 15-20 minutes waiting outside and seeing a couple maintenance walking around and a security guard we inquired w the security guard who advised we had been good to back in for some time. Seems to be a lack of communication of the need to actually evac or not or it was ok to return to our room.
Mini golf consists of 3 little pitting green that take a whole 10 minutes to complete. Maybe croquet would be a better choice in that area.
The game room /arcade seems a bit outdated and needs a face lift. Friendly staff but feels run down.
The movie theatre had 4 shows a day. Last one is at 6. Would be nice to have one more late nighter around 9 esp since the pool closes at 9.
The hotel claims they keep the pool heated at 85 year round. Even at 98 outside my kids lips turned purple being in the water. Overheard adults whose pool was in the sun most of the day (unlike the family pool that gets shaded before 3 pm) that the adult pool was also cold water.
Of course as many complain the sales pitch upon check in is horrible. We’ve stayed at other similar properties but they are much more courteous and respectful in attempt to get you to their sales seminar.
One could walk to the strip…however the shuttle to Paris made it convenient and that was a great starting point to head down north or south in the strip.
If one has mediocre expectations then this option will be...
