Dunkin' — Restaurant in Nevada

Very nice looking Dunkin but the service was awful. It was during a convention so I understand the long wait but orders were being made out of order. I waited over 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. My number was number 72. They called numbers like 51,93,68,71. There was no rhyme or reason to it. They messed up my beverage as well but I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes to have it corrected. Great idea to have a Dunkin center here but they need to work on the assembly line process.

I have to say the employees were trying to hustle and even the manager was making coffees but I don't understand how the orders were so wildly out of order to the point where people behind me in line got coffee 15 minutes...

I ordered one glazed donut and a medium coffee. Easy, right? Not here. They have one person taking orders and 5 people fulfilling them. Should be fast, right? Nope. So after I pay does someone just hand me a cup of black coffee and I’m on my way? No again. Instead I have to wait in a second queue to get my coffee…I’m 22nd in line. Not making that up. Genuinely awful service. The people don't even care enough to do the bare minimum and give you the right drink. I saw them repeatedly berate customers when all they tried to do was ask for a drink fix because their order was wrong. I get food service can suck, but you don't have to be a miserable human being to everyone you...
