Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Nevada

My bagels and coffee tasted great but chaos and confusion amongst the employees made everything take longer and more difficult than it needs to be. Shouting and miscommunication between workers, orders being given to the wrong customers, and this was interrupting the person taking my order. I had to repeat my order 6 TIMES before it was rung up then I was over charged and had to repeat the whole process to correct the order. Just trying to get a half dozen bagels and two coffees, ..... but then, since I was getting plain bagels, not cut or toasted they told me I had to stand at a different part of the counter to repeat my order to the same person that just took my order then go back to the same register for the same person to re- ring up my same order. What, why ??? I am still baffled on why we both had to go stand at a different part of the counter to repeat the whole process just because I was getting plain bagels not cut or toasted, this also made the person taking my order to walk through where other workers were trying to work getting in each other's way and continued to shout at each other for getting in the way. I was starting to wonder if it was some kind of joke and i was going to be on Punked TV. Things would work so much smoother if there was more teamwork and a bit of process...

The staff (not including the manager) were so friendly and kind and attentive. The manager was rude and obnoxious and even yelled at the customers and berated the staff to the point one staff on register even started crying even though she was working register, drinks, and food all at once per demand of the manager and then yelled at for not being productive enough. Absolutely the worst manager I've ever witnessed in my life! The staff managed to keep smiling and remain on task regardless of the constant criticism and bullying by their manager, and I'm very proud of them for keeping it together! This restaurant is in desperate need of new management, someone who is kind and motivating and makes the staff feel supported and seen! Otherwise, the food was amazing and fresh and the staff were kind and friendly! Hopefully this message gets seen and heard by the people who are in charge of hiring! Get these staff a manager they deserve! Not some power...

First time at an Einstein Bros. Bagel! Got an iced creamer coffee (vanilla) and a jalapeno cheddar bagel with turkey, tomato, lettuce, cream cheese. The bagel, lettuce, tomato and cream cheese we're top notch and very fresh!

Service was lovely. Staff were very friendly and polite despite obviously being busy, but patience goes a long way for your fellow man. Be nice to workers!

The iced coffee was tolerable - I've had better but it's good if you're just needing that caffeine fix. The turkey used was quite literally cold cuts from a grocery store package, it tasted nasssstttyy. Either I got some old cold cuts, or it always tastes like that 🤢 I immediately opened up my bagel sandwich to remove those slimey turkey slabs.

I'd recommend any coffee or bagel sandwich that does not have cold...
