So it's wednesday October 11th at 10:23 PM I need an order off grubhub For 2 foot long sandwiches one was a hot sub. It was supposed to be a toasted meatball Sandwich and the second one was for the ultimate Italian BMT What We received was a footlong untoasted ice cold meatballs up with soggy bread that was just disgusting not having it and the ultimate Italian bmt. Which obviously you pay more forwards one of their new sandwiches Had no Italian meats in it whatsoever it had a little bit of steak in there with the topics that he requested And if that wasn't bad enough it was drowned in the vinegar at so bad that the entire the bottom of the bag look like grease had gone through it Now if you do not have the product that you say you do. Then you cancel the order and what amount of laziness? Is it to not toast in properly? Make. The Sandwich and then honestly put all of this in a bag and send it out? Like. It's perfectly OK. I obviously called Grubhub and I got a refund But once I refund it I couldn't leave a review and this was such gross and lazy behavior and now that I read the reviews oh my goodness. I should've read them first. This is terrible the manager of the store should hang his head download the people working there. Should just hang your head in shame? It's that's the best you have to give seriously. Maybe you should not be in business and that's based Not just on my review the fact that the entire page on grubhub have reviews are terrible really terrible. I think I would Think twice from ordering from this particular Subway ....happy eating...
Read moreFirst, the phone number listed on the subway website and everywhere else is picked up by a fax machine. Placed online order, said it would be ready in 15 minutes. gave them 25. they had not even started on order because "they got busy" Took another 21 minutes before order ready. Only one person worked on order. 2nd person finished helping person they were with, then helped the person that came in after me, then disappeared in the back for the rest of the time I was there. good thing no one else came in.
I wouldn't even bother complaining or writing a negative review if this was a one time occurrence. However, this location is closest to our office and we have visited multiple times. EVERY time it is the same issue. long lines, one person handling everything, and a second coming from the back and helping out occasionally but still leaving with people waiting or large orders being worked on.
So bottom line is the food is the same as every other location, no complaints there. However if you are pressed for time or just hate waiting and watching a poorly managed location, stay away.

Read moreI've never had an experience that was so bad I had to go online and write a rant about it.So Today I walked in with two people working behind the counter, one of them is a latina woman the other is an older white woman. I walk in with a smile, trying to be friendly. Not once did I raise my voice, not once did I give any dirty looks, not once did I do anything that would offend anyone there. I order my first sandwich but I forgot what my roommate wanted. So I pull out my phone to text my roommate what she wants and the woman literally yells "hurry up". I said just give me one second and she gave me this mean look. So I figure out what my roommate wanted and she started complaining that it "took so long" for me to figure out what I wanted, although it took less than a minute. Even as I was being rung up I could hear that old woman telling the next customer "oh yeah this guy took so long" blablabla there were literally ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS. Ruined my day. If I could give negative stars I could.
