Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Nevada

I had placed a order online through the website to be ready for pick up between 645 and 6:50 AM. When I got there at 7 AM the food had still not been made finally 10 after seven they asked me if I was waiting on an order. I said yes an online order gave them my name by the time it was done it was 7:15 AM. I do not recommend coming here if you are on a time schedule in the morning as they are never on time at this location, I’ve had multiple instances where it’s taken half an hour to get bagels from here very simple orders, plain bagel, plain cream cheese. The bagel was for my daughter. She took a bite and said something doesn’t taste right, so I tried the cream cheese and sure enough it was spoiled and tasted rotten. I then had to stop somewhere else and get her food this morning, which made her late to school and myself late to work as I was trying to treat her to something special on her last day of school for breakfast than their normal breakfast at home. Honestly, for the price and the quality of the bagels, I feel that Einstein is overrated. I’m not want to leave negative reviews, but I’ve given this location multiple opportunities and they mess it up every single time...

Five people were working here at 1015 hours this morning. If one person cracked a smile or spoke a courteous word, I may have fallen over. Poor, unfriendly, inept, and slow service is the hallmark of this and other Las Vegas Einstein Bros Bagels. Having recently opened its doors, I expected the service to have been much better.

The counter person was unfriendly and inept, as my order was incorrect, and he didn't apologize for making us wait 15 minutes. The manager was unprofessional for knowing he had screwed up and not interceding with an apology. I paid for a baker's dozen and didn't receive the 13th bagel. The bagels were fresh, which accounts for the 2-stars. The price for a dozen bagels and a couple of cups of schmear is now $18.95! In addition, the company won't give the correct (or any) points, pursuant to their app, making this Einstein Bros Bagels no better than any of the older Einstein Bros Bagels around town. I guess I'll have to use all my points for free bagels and stop going to Einstein's and trying to give them...

Valentines day 2023. I attempted to get bagels from two separate Einstein bagel stores and they were all out. I was pretty bummed but on my errands I saw this location and tried one more time. While this store isn't as large as the others, or have a huge selection compared to some. They had the friendliest staff I have dealt with in any Einstein so far. The bagels were perfect (saw a review on the bagels being flat and cracker-like) and plenty of the best bagels to choose from. There were three customers ahead of me with complicated orders, and it felt like I was only in line for a minute. They had to deal with my rambling, indecisive, and silly questions.

I honestly wish I could could give more stars. If you have or had a worse experience maybe circumstances made it more difficult to do their jobs to your satisfaction. Remember that these people would rather be at home in their pajamas than dealing with some whiney Karen or Kyle. Be nice and thankful they are willing to smell your morning breath and crusty eyes for the money...
