Customer service has since improved since my last encounter with Grill City. Visited two years ago customer service was bad. I edited my review because I would like to add my latest encounter (2/25/22) with Grill City I ordered 2 different platters but when I picked up my orders they were two of the SAME kind. I didn't check the tray before I left thinking whoever prepared my orders will not mess it up after all it is only two orders. But when I got to my destination, I was really disappointed and frustrated to see that my orders was messed-up. Too late to drive back, our get together already started and it was at least a 20 miles drive. I checked the receipt (thinking maybe the person who took the order made a mistake) it is indeed 2 different orders on the receipt. How can they have messed it up. Over the years the food, services and atmosphere in this place have dramatically deteriorated. Came here for breakfast . We rarely eat here now. I keep giving it second thoughts each time. It’s a hit and miss, sadly. Food is of poor quality- if not too salty, it’s sweet salty, or can be bland, rice is not cooked well or too dry - fried rice for breakfast options is “ left over quality “. Meat / tocino too chewy hardI, oily and disgusting. “Tuyo” is 3 pcs for $2.50. Staff look tired and worn out. Ambience - music too loud fighting with the sound of the air vent from the grill. Also saw a staff picking nose not washing hands and going back to duty to grill, y*ck! Food safety is questionable. I don’t recommend this place.
