Went there today,food was cold,

got the half carne asada/al pastor fries my fries on the bottom was cold. My meat tasted bland and rehydrated I didn’t even take a full bite to know it wasn’t something I was going to eat. I went back to explain to the drive thru/cashier guy that the food was not tasty and Cold. He explained to me that the food came out of warmers n it was because of the guacamole n sour cream. I understood the top being cold but how are my fries on the bottom cold. Not to mention the meat wasn’t even good. He got mad and started getting aggressive with my refund money, and threw the box out. Horrible experience, I usually try not to take my food back but yea I wasn’t going to eat that at all. I think maybe you guys should make sure people’s food is warm/hot. Take the rude guy off the window because their was no need for the aggression if I wasn’t giving it...

Constantly declining, Today I purchased a Carne asada Burrito, I purchased on the inside of the building and went in my car. By the time I came out, the burrito was the skinniest. Drug ridden burrito that i've ever seen... I pulled through the driver's door and told the guy what is this?I've been coming for years and he told me that the burrito was longer Therefore. It was less I'm talking Three fingers... He began to explain to me that the burrito was longer therefore Not. The usual.. It was a typical Length burrito What about a quarter and a half Of the fillings Of a typical burrito shop. This is like the sixth strike and the burritoe was cold. Will not be returning, And will take my business...

the gent running the takeout/drive thru, who’s been there for a couple years, is a real POS. zero customer service skills, zero conflict resolution skills, hell, guy can barely make a hot burrito. after waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes for 3 chx rolled tacos, I was forced to mention my wait since I didn’t receive so much as a “sorry, thanks for waiting”. dips* replies, “there’s roberto’s and filipito’s…lots of places around you can go”. wow. i guess if you want half-decent taqueria mexican food on your limited lunch break, there’s plenty of other places nearby to go instead of dealing with this degenerate. at least the rolled tacos...
