Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Nevada

Just A Bad Experience! Very long wait... this reveiw wont be helpful to most, so you can disregard. It is likely I will edit this post when I return. I don't go to Jack in the Box often so it may be some time.

10:47 AM. I walked in with another lady and I let her go before me. After she ordered I was told they would be right with me. (Side note: I use a timer to check the wait times of the traffic lights here in the valley). I started my timer as a habit. They kept looking at me but kept working. Minutes later the lady that ordered right before me received her order. Me still standing there, with no one else around. 10 min 32 sec later a construction crew walked in. We all waited... 2 min 17 sec later I was finally helped. 12 min 49 sec wait just to order.

I have absolutely no problem with people entering America legally. After all, most of our parents and grandparents were first generation Americans. What I have a problem with is non English speaking people working with the American public and jabbering in their foreign tongue while working. It's rude to the customer. If an American moved to a foreign country they would be expected to learn the local language and customs. You want to be an American? Then learn our language and customs. Don't expect America to change to accommodate you!!

Terrible experience for trying Jack for the first time Fries were all stuck together, could easily have been fixed by shaking the fry basket even one time, apparently thats to hard for them to do. Order was done online and specific instructions to not add mustard or ketchup was ignored, Fanta was really watered down and chicken sandwich was dry and tasted horrible. Hard tacos were soggy and soft in the middle and only outer part of taco was crunchy? Not sure if thats how its supposed to but just made it seemed like it was undercooked. On top of all that no napkins at all were given, service was decent however the food made it a terrible experience. First time at...
