As a family from Szechuan, we're absolutely thrilled to have discovered THE most authentic Szechuan restaurant in Las Vegas! The owner/chef from Chengdu trained at the region's premier culinary school – and his expertise shows in every single dish.
Two visits in, and we're blown away. The Twice Cooked Pork? Perfection. The authentic ingredients transported us straight home. Our second visit featured Spicy Boiled Fish Fillet in Sichuan Chili Sauce, Stir-Fried Pork Kidney (the BEST we've had outside China!), Eggplant in Garlic Sauce, and freshly made Brown Sugar Tofu Pudding that actually surpassed what we've had in Szechuan itself!
The wonderful staff is friendly, attentive, and their recommendations are spot-on. They truly understand their menu and are eager to help.
