Ori'Zaba's Scratch Mexican Grill (W. Flamingo & Grand Canyon) — Restaurant in Nevada

I love the flavor & freshness of their food! They obviously use high quality ingredients, and their chicken and beef is always cooked to perfection, never overcooked. They have an excellent variety of vegan and vegetarian options: Their plant based queso is PHENOMENAL, and better than any dairy based cheese sauce I've ever had! I love that I can add cubed potatoes and cabbage to my burrito or bowl, instead of the usual water-logged lettuce from Chipotle or Cafe Rio. Their shredded beef is always tender and flavorful, and their salty lime flavored tortilla chips are very addicting. I have to admit that for the price, the portions are getting smaller when I order a bowl. Ordering a burrito seems to be the better value, with anywhere from 25% - 30% more food. I never walk away paying less than $18 for just myself, without a drink. I think it's worth it, just not too often.

The only complaint I have is the atmosphere and service, which is why I only get takeout anymore. Whenever I walk in during a lull, the staff seem so annoyed to have to stop what they're doing to take my order. I always patiently wait in line, quiet and smiling, while they all stand around and chat. I've never complained to them and always am respectful, and I've seen them do this to others too, so I know its not personal. It usually takes a solid 2 minutes for someone to take my order when it's just me. Another thing is the atmosphere is very unwelcoming after 6pm. They close at 8pm, but as early as 6pm the staff arrange all the chairs in the dining room into one big circle, so no one can sit there. That leaves only 4-6 huge booths to sit in, and many of those booths are occupied by single guests. I get takeout almost all the time now, so it doesn't bother me too much. Just seems rude.

5/5/16 7:40PM. Zabas here in Grand Flamingo Center, Las Vegas. What happened to this place? I used to go here all the time since 2012. Cinco de mayo $5 classic burrito was a big disappointment. I feel like I went to tacobell or some cheap wrap place. The chicken has no flavor, the tall lady there just keep scooping the ingredients that I don't want, and the cheese is so little. It has too much rice, it barely has meat on both of my orders, and no flavor on the chicken _

This place is not sanitary. They have the chips near the sink and they don't covered them they have plastic bag in the tray of chips but most of the time is not covered. And when they was there hands the water splash. Today I went again I told my husband maybe it was one time and the same thing and this time it was worth today around 12 check the camaras, the cooker was warming a tortilla it was wrapped in paper foil and took the paper foil in the trash can in top it touch the trash can and then she like changed her mind and it happen fast she didn't let go the paper foil and put it up and wrapped her burrito with the paper foil I was speechless. I told my husband and we left and follow the couple and told them what I saw I didn't want the couple eating without knowing that her burrito was wrapped in paper foil that touch...
