I truly hope people read this and share this information because the things that happen here are unbelievable, unethical, unsanitary and disgusting beyond measure. Several members of management needs to be removed simply because of the desperate actions taken to make the store profitable so they can receive a bonus! It is evident that they are racist and cover up the errors of their ways. They employ minors and make them work past curfew to save on labor with threats of reduction of schedule hours and/or termination if they fail to work their scheduled shifts. They also remind the minors not to let anyone know their age if questioned. They allow those who are of their favored race to do as they please like drink alcohol while on the clock, disregard company policies, work when its convenient for them, allow them to take food home without having to pay and the list goes on.
I was witnessed to these acts and there are past and current employees who will attest to such actions.
The worst of what is the most disgusting, unbelievable and desperate act for a bonus is when the District Manager & the General Manager had taken 3 cases of expired chicken which was a day past the use by date, discolored and obviously rotten because of the foul smell, had washed and rinsed the chicken, had them seasoned again, ordered the cook to fry the chicken and unbeknownst to the servers/packgers, the expired rotten chicken was served to paying customers. They use "wasted"chicken which is stored in a yellow bin whether it came back from a customer, fell on the floor and even expired cooked chicken for the jambalaya rice. Shift managers are reminded to keep waste down by all means necessary. They relabel product control slips prior to the arrival of the Health Inspectors and also when thawed, seasoned chicken isn't going to be cooked on the use by date. They also refreeze cases when there is too many expired cases that can't be cooked in one day. There are so many more disgusting and disturbing things that is done and possibly still being done here, that can be brought to light, so take caution.
All the negative comments people have posted on here are true and are the biggest red flags to steer clear from dining at this restaurant and any other restaurant franchised by this company that allows actions to be done like these from their chosen members of management.

When I got there I go to the "Online/Pick Up" section. Not really busy it seemed but a few people in the other line waiting to order. A lady comes up and just looks at me. No hello, may I help you, are you here to pick up, how can I help you.... you know the typical greeting you would assume to receive. She just stands there and looks at me. I say, Hi I am here to pick up an order. She says "OK" rudely and just stands there looking at me. So, I assume she wants a name so I give her the name the order is under. She says "OK! I am helping another customer right now" rudely. I look around, and say well ok, I wouldn't know what your doing because you are just standing there not saying anything. So I back up a bit and she goes and gives somebody their order. She comes back and looks at my order ticket and starts laughing and she turns to me giggling and says "Ha well that is going to be 20 minutes." Then another worker comes up and she is laughing telling this other worker and saying things like look at this big order and she is already here to pick it up laughing. Not really sure what she was to expect when someone places an order online that they have to come pick it up and if it was going to be a wait that is fine. So very rude and disrespectful behavior I have seen. Disgusting that they allow this lady to work here around people. I canceled my online order on the spot and let them know that the order was canceled due to their employees disrespect and rude attitude. It really just takes 1 person to ruin an establishment as a whole. Popeyes corporate office or managers need to evaluate what kind of workers they have representing their companies. Read more12/12/2022- on my birthday my gf ordered Popeyes on mobile app, and when I got to the restaurant, the food was not on the pickup counter. As I was waiting to talk to the cashier she walked up and went back to her register, and then I asked patiently, I am here for L* Ar order. The cashier rudely said, I am helping customers, even though she did stop to look at the empty counter. So I waited and the rude lady looked up on line order and said, you're picking up For L? And I said yes, then she looked at the ticket and she laughed! and said, "oh its another 20 minute" and nobody tried helping even though it was 4:25pm now I ordered at 3:59pm. I had people coming to my house, I had the timing for a reason, and they still weren't working on my order which was two 16 pcs dinner, its not that huge,i always order the same amount on an average day. Then another worker started listening to my phone conversation with my girlfriend then she started telling the rude girl everything I was saying on the phone, because I was telling my girlfriend the situation. They started mocking me and and were so rude. I was embarrassed and wanted to leave. Then I told them I need a refund I have no time, but then my gf cancelled the order and the email said wait 24 hours. I left empty handed, they didn't start my ordered regardless. I reached out to so many managers for my refund and they still charge me?! $63... Really! That's stealing now.
