My first order was for over $50. My second order was around $30 Well since I've ordered here a bunch of times I always get the same. Margarita pizza thin crust. I just spent $40 and can't even eat this as I'm a little allergic to gluten which is why I always order thin crust. So I call up and she says I didn't request thin crust well as a person taking the order. Shouldn't you have asked because just like you didn't ask I didn't think to ask because I'm always getting the same one so I'm no longer a customer of this establishment. Sorry you just lost a whole lot of cash for the future. Taking my business elsewhere she says she can't do anything about it cuz I didn't ask. I waited until the morning and called the place again the lady on the phone was very rude accusing me of lying about calling and being hung up on which is besides the point she forwarded me to her manager who then began to yell at me like I am his daughter VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wanted a new order of wings but with the manager getting on the phone arguing with me I asked for my money back. We’ll see if that happens. If not I will be calling corporate. Last night we had people over and ordered as we always do. After an hour and a half (we had been quoted 45 minutes for delivery) of waiting, I called to see what was going on. The kid on the phone told me he “had no idea what happened” and said “I think somebody thought you cancelled?” I’m sorry, what???
Then the “manager” gets on the phone (I believe his name was Jean, but he could have been lying to me) and states that we called and cancelled. Um, no we didn’t. I asked him to please make the situation right and he immediately copped an attitude and said, and I quote “Lady, what to you expect me to do?”
After spending thousands over the years at this restaurant, we will NEVER order from here again. Horrible...
