Arby's — Restaurant in New Albany

So I went into the store as I normally do and spent 44.00 and as soon as I got home I’m missing three sandwiches. My son had a slider and had spicy stuff all over it. It was green in color. I ordered a tall fountain drink and there was no root beer. I asked for them to change it out for me and they stated they had none. I also ordered fries that were cold. The two boys were loud and annoying and were playing in the front of the store. The manager came out front as we asked for spicy ranch or red ranch. When I called 5 mins after leaving the manager said I’m sorry I’ve been in the back all day I don’t remember you and we’re now corporate so I can’t do anything for you. That’s bs I own a restaurant and I’d never tell that to a customer especially one that spent 50$ and was just there while there were only 2 other customers in the building. This was by far the most irritating experience I’ve had here and I spend 50$ everytime I come in twice a week. Also you didn’t have any Arby’s sauce packets in the entire building?? Lol how does Arby’s not have...

I've always been a Arby's fan but the past four times I've eaten at the same location and one more on State Street it has been horrible tonight I actually believe I have gotten food poisoning! I always get regular roast beef and ate jalapeno poppers the jalapeno poppers. all my last visits have been a very strange texture inside of the poppers! almost as if they were setting out too long which I know too well because I used to work there when I was 16! a long time ago but besides the point! I've had diarrhea and throwing up ever since I got halfway through my meal! trying to turn around and feed my two and a half year old his food thankfully it wasn't from Arby's because the way I'm feeling right now I may have to go to a doctor in the morning if I don't feel any better! I hate to get on here and whine but this is the God's honest truth this was the Arby's on Grant line road New Albany Indiana the other location was State Street New Albany thanks a lot Arby's you all are really going downhill... No reply from corporate!...

If you're allergic to beef don't go there because if you want just sliced turkey on a bun they are going to charge you an extra 45% because they don't have a way to ring it up besides the ringing up the original beef sandwich plus an upcharge for substituting a meat that you can eat. Yeah I can understand it up charge if you're adding extra meat but you're not getting the beef so you're not getting anything extra and it's not costing them anyting extra. I was so flabbergasted and frustrated that I just decided not to have anything. And I don't see me going back anytime soon or ever for that matter. With today's economy going down the toilet charging an extra 45% for the sandwich because you cannot eat their main offered product because of an severe allergy, it just doesn't make sense.
