This is the worst Popyee’s I ever visited. The 2 orders from drive thru were wrong. I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake. After being handed over to 3 people on the phone, I finally reached Shelly. She offered to replace the order if I came back to the restaurant. I told her I would rather not come back out. She understood and stated for me to just bring my receipt back during my next visit and ask for "Shelly". Both orders will be replaced. About 12 or 13 days later I when to pick up the replacement order. I did what Shelly instructed me to do. The employee when back to get another person. This person stated he was the manager. I when thru the whole story again and showed him the receipt. He took the receipt and after reviewing it stated the problem was the order was entered as 2 mixed dinners instead of the all white meal and a 2 piece meal with only legs. He stated the receipt was over 10 days and I had to return to the restaurant within 10 days to get the order replaced. I stated Shelly did say this during the phone conversation, so how would I know to come back within 10 days. The manager said because it was passed 10 days he would only replace one of the meals. I told him not per my conversion with Shelly, both meals would be replaced. He then started to argue with me that how did he not know if I eat the meals. I told him I would not take the one meal and just give me the number to call Popeye’s complaint line. He told me the number is on the back of the receipt. I asked him to give me the receive back. He told me he was not giving the receipt back. After arguing with him for a few minutes about giving me the receipt back, I got into my car and drove to the drive-thru window. At the window, I asked for my receipt. The “manager” came to the window and told me he would not give me the receive. I stated I would not leave the drive-thru window unit I got my receive back. After 5+ cars stacked up in drive-thr, he sent an employee to the window to stated the receipt was thrown into the trash. I repeated I’m not leaving until I get the receipt back. Another employee came up to the window to stated the manager said he was calling the police. I said great. I will be here when they got there. After a few more minutes, one of the employees told me this was stupid. I said yes it is and all the manager has to do is give me my receipt back. She stated, if I call Popyees, they will not do anything because the “manager” was the owner. I asked why did he say he was the manager if he was the owner, but it didn’t make a difference to me. After a few more minutes, an employee came to the window with the receipt. They wrote “do not replace this order” on the receipt. I when to Popeyes website and enter the complaint. At the end of the form, it asked if I wanted someone to contact me. I checked yes. I never heard back from anyone from Popeye’s. I paid with an American Express credit card, which is the best consumer friendly credit card in the world.I was able to file dispute on the Popyeye’s charge. American Express approved the dispute and credited the money...
Read moreUnsanitary, rude and slow. I can understand it being packed as everyone wants the new chicken sandwich, BUT after Popeyes first epic failure of a NEW product rollout you would think the process has been worked on. Regretfully it hasn't. Employees are not filling orders as they come in, lack of communication and losing tickets at this location is the norm. Worse than that is the fact that employees DON'T use spoons or other utensils to put coleslaw in containers and instead use the bottom of an individual size container to scoop out product. The wait was over 30 minutes for not just the chicken sandwich, but people behind me that ordered a $10 box had been there for over 40 mins. If the poor guy hadn't said anything they wouldnt of noticed his order wasnt filled and to top it off when they finally did fill the order there was no sorry for your wait. He had to return to get a sandwich and other items that were left out of his order after getting to his car. Lisa, who was on the register MUST not deal with the public anymore PLEASE!!! The staff was to busy playing around to pay attention, fill orders or check them before sending them out. I waited for over 30+ mins for a chicken sandwich and other people that came in 20 mins after me left prior to myself. Granted, I love the product, but after this I'll goto Chick fil a, KFC, McD's or someplace else. I could continue to tell other things thay ARE wrong with this location, but it would take to long and sadly nothing will change. This location is...
Read moreMy recent visit to Popeyes on Memorial Day was a truly memorable experience, largely due to the exceptional customer service. The woman working the counter showed a level of respect and kindness toward an elderly veteran that was heartwarming to witness. She made sure he was well taken care of, treating him with genuine respect, which added a special touch to the occasion. This same courtesy extended to my 11-year-old son, whom she engaged with directly, making him feel seen and allowing him to order himself.
The food at this Popeyes location is consistently fresh and perfectly cooked. I’ve been to many fast-food spots where food quality can be hit or miss, but here, I’ve never been served a cold or poorly prepared meal. Every item—from the crispy, flavorful chicken to the sides—meets high standards, showing the staff’s commitment to quality.
What also stood out was the positive, upbeat atmosphere among the crew. They interacted like close friends, displaying genuine teamwork that isn’t always present in fast food. You could tell they enjoy working together, which reflects in the service they provide. In a time when fast-food customer service can often feel impersonal, this Popeyes is a refreshing exception. Their dedication to great service and quality food makes each visit feel worthwhile...
