I am a returning customer after 5 years. I went in to get several pieces of furniture that we absolutely loved. I thought it was strange that the asked how much we wanted to put down and how much we wanted to pay a month after we picked out our items. I asked her what do we need to pay. She then again said it was up to us. So she took our money and said we would have all our furniture delivered in a few days. She also pre-authorized my card so they can keep on file. The day came for the furniture to be delivered and no one had reached out to us to give us a time frame. I called at 2 to see when our furniture would be delivered and was told she would call us back because she didn’t know if she had a driver. An hour goes by and still no phone call. I called back and she said, “I’m sorry I forgot to call around to find someone to deliver your furniture, give me a few and I’ll call you back.” Another hour goes by and I call back. She then transferred me to Charles. He was very rude and unprofessional. He said, “are you coming in to pay the rest of the money?” I was so confused because we’re told with our money that we put down that we would have our furniture delivered. He then said that they would never allow furniture to be delivered with $100 down. That I need to come pay the rest and that our furniture would not be delivered until tomorrow. I’m sitting in my empty living room because I had just sold my sectional and dining set because I knew our furniture would be delivered. I told him I just want to come get my money and go elsewhere. He said, “okay that’s fine.” You would think he would want to keep a customer, a returning customer at that. He didn’t apologize or try to make it right at all. I will never do business with this company ever again. The store looks like a warehouse. They have bed rails leaned up against the wall. Read moreThey have gone thru about 4 different store managers in a year. Lindsey, Kevin, Jason and Amanda. Not only that, thier store policies change every time. My wife during all of this was able to make payments on my account or changes because i worked during normal store buisness hours with no problems. Now the new store manager, Josh, says it is against store policy for her to do that. Also i set up auto bill pay over the phone, never signed anything just a verbal agreement. Sometimes they would take my money a full day before it was due so i decided i would cancel it. Then they tell me i have to physically come to the store and sign something to cancel it. It is fustrating because they go thru managers so fast, once you get to know one another one comes along and changes things. So after I told them I would come in Friday to cancel my auto bill pay they decided to take money off my card a whole day early and an extra 40$ too. There have been so many times i would make a payment then have someone call me the next day asking for a payment. It is like they don't log it down, or it's something with thier system.
