September 3rd @ 12:50amâŚI Came thru the drive 5 different times to pick up an order for delivery. I gave them the numbers to the delivery, & the man said they had the order & pull forward. Everytime I got to the second window, the little young girl at the window on 3rd shift, asked for the numbers. & Everytime I told her the numbers she had to repeat them, then would say a different number. & I told her no it is this. & without even checking with anyone, just immediately says we donât have that order. But yet, 2 cars in front of me were both delivery drivers & didnât have that issue. But I had been thru 5 different times, & coincidentally every order I had âsomeone else picked up alreadyâ is what I was told Everytime. Iâve done over 3,500 deliveries & NEVER have I ever experienced 5 mishaps hours apart. From 9pm all the way to 1am dealing with the same thing. On the 5th time coming thru, I tried to show her my numbers & the store was correct. She seemed uninterested & I donât care itâs no my problem. But, definitely starting to make me wonder if she wasnât doing it on purpose. Because I go to this McDonald multiple times a week, & the staff are always wonderful overall, & help solve the issues, very professional. But I can definitely tell she is new. & from now on I will not be excepting any orders that come in from this McDonaldâs. & as a personal customer I will not be going to this McDonaldâs anymore. Iâm never one to write reviews or rant about things. But 5 different times, & Everytime she seen me come thru I felt she was deliberately doing it for whatever reason. I can understand a technical issues once or twice but 5 times. I rarely even have issues twice with a store. But, I felt the need to address this. She is definitely recently new to the pick up window, & definitely shouldnât be working face to face with customers if thatâs how she treats people right off rip. I apologize for the bad review just from 1 employee. Because I do really enjoy a lot of the employees but something needs to be done about her being at the pick up window or front counter.    Read moreI'm content in giving this location only 1 star. Which I generally reserve for something really ,really bad. But this was the 3rd and yes....final to me I'll visit this location. McDs lost me long ago as a regular customer...its always a convenience thing when stopping for McDs. Below are some pics of the food recieved on thursday,December 20th. I think one can easily see the overall very poor quality of food. Buns are soggy, where white. As if they were laid onto a surface that may have been wet. The cheese starts to get that look within about 3hours of sitting at room temp.(I know this from working there as a teen.) And last, will someone please tell me that after 35years of chicken nuggets..that they started putting seasoning or black pepper underneath the breading? Attached are photos that need no caption....if I was working that kitchen as I did at age 15-16....the quality level would be a 5. Never,ever-ever, not-ever....at 15yo would I push such poor quality food out the door to a customer. Matter of fact, I wouldnt even serve that to an enemy. You just dont fâââ with someones food. The night manager her self cooked and assembled my food. My previous complaint also was under same manager. I let that one slide...but I spent 12bux on a coke. this time mcds....needs to know, that this location, thinks it is acceptable to serve food of such...
   Read moreTerrible order is always wrong something always missing and tonight order was taken by one of the most unfriendly person she acted as if we were bothering her and when we pulled up to the window she was sitting down and still face to face still rude. Get to next window workers standing around talking some on their phones. What I think is a manager hands out one drink no straw second drink one straw. Minutes later food handed out. Pulled up to be nice to the cars behind us thinking I'd something is missing go in. Well..... something is missing but can't go in the lobby is closed. So we go back to the drive thru pass the speaker go to the pay window and she said "you got a problem with your food, you need them up there I just take money." Now two cars in front of us we will wait again. 7 minutes later we tell the very small old lady what has happened she tells someone else and they yell out what she needed "made fresh". They had it in about 30 seconds and we all know that's not fresh. Now when this took place it was 11PM and this is the only place open at night near the hospital and I had just came from the hospital of that I had been at sence 4pm and I was going back there to take my dad his food because hospital doesn't serve food that late. Shame on you, they should take the golden arches...
