4 months and no repairs or even attempts to repair 1 time they tried to get me to sign a new agreement which means I would owe more money on what was supposed to be a new set I was purchasing and they were going to replace me with a used set unknown condition so 3k for what would eventually be used set i would end up with then store tries to manipulate u into signing a new agreement when repairs are supposed to be in home not taking from my home then possibly brought back I feel if they remove then from my home they will try to cancel my contract and essentially hustle me out of my money and product prior experience had repair person come out to my house to fix why has this changed why new contract more money and the attitude and push back from the store. Never have I ever had this much issue from any rent a centers ever before district is supposed to reach out have audio of the communications from employees too bad cant upload the attitude and demeaner on here real shame that the store has went this far down the drain no need rent a center to have that stores manager reach out n response she's the main one with the problem anyone else have am issue like this plz reach out to me n ill forward my attorney info to see if he can assist u too. Yeah right it has now been 3 days and no contact from the person named Fred who was supposedly going to contact me. The District Manager Chris, is rude and hung up on me so I called this number and was told his boss Fred would contact me. Well not done. If I could leave zero stars I would. This store is the most unprofessional and disrespectful I have ever dealt with. They give you an agreement on a day and time of delivery or pickup and then do not honor this agreement. Then when you call them they are very rude and then tell you they had a different time that you can accept or not. This is even after confirming the date and time multiple times before agreeing to said date and time. There is no communication. When you do contact them they make excuses for whoever you spoke to before them. Then they only send 1 person to deliver a large item, and expect you or someone at your home to help them. The next day came and I was told they had no drivers that day and I'd be put on the schedule first thing the following morning. Well, that morning came and I was told I wasn't on the delivery schedule at all that day... I asked if I could be squeezed in and was told no cause the person on the phone was the only employee in store. I went up there to get my money back 10 minutes later and wouldn't you know it.... 3 ppl in the store working... Two behind counter doing nothing and one putting up a display..... Blows my mind on how places like this treat you and want your money yet fill you with false promises! I should get product delivered and a month free based on the lies and unprofessionalism alone!
