Cousins Subs — Restaurant in New Berlin

This place sucks.Should have it's franchise taken away. Ordered 2 Chicken Gyro subs(which I have ordered from other Cousins Subs nearby locations) and they were disgusting!!! It was around 8pm Monday March 5th 2018. Not busy at all. They must have been out of Chicken breast because they used the Chicken Deli Meat instead. It could have been that they don't know any better but then that falls on management and they need to be properly trained. If they did know, they should have told me that they were out of the actual meat and were going to substitute deli meat and I would have ordered something else. This is not the first time I've been unhappy with this location.It's sad because it's right down the road from my house and I think it's safer to take the trip to the one on highway 100 and Oklahoma Ave.

Well I have since returned after receiving a call from the District Manager Jeff. I must say they did an outstanding this time around. The Chicken Gyro was delicious. I hope this is the NORM...

This was a very interesting visit as every month we have gone at approximately 2 p.m. to use the coupon that gives you a free soda and fries when you order the sub. Today we went and about 1:15 to 1:30 and the young lady told us know you can only get a soda or a chip or a fry but you cannot get a chip fry or a soda fry or chip and soda with your sandwich. However the coupon was exactly the same as it has been for the last year with the same printing on it. Other than that the restaurant was well attended. The rest room was clean as well as the restaurant itself. Tables all of them were immaculately clean and the chairs. The ladies restroom is easy in and out for those people with Walkers wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs. Will not be back! Ordered a simple sub, turkey with provolone, mayo and lettuce on the side. I actually order the same one every time. Got to the window to pay and it was made wrong. I told the kid at the window it was wrong, explained what I wanted, again, then a girl came to the window and explained it two more times. I got home and no cheese, so I call, talk to the young manager and he was extremely rude! Told me, “they have a problem with me a lot” (cuz like I said, I order the same sub every time, which they obviously get wrong a lot.) & that I changed my order at the window. I said I order the same sub every time, which he said, I know. so I ask why would I change it at the window then? He doesn’t know. He should not be a manager! Extremely rude and did not care about...
