I ordered a standard delivery order through their app. Submitted over a 20% tip. The pizza should have been delivered by 5:10 based on the app calculation. The store is 5 minutes from my residence. I don't think the pizza left the store until 5:30. It took over 20 mins for the delivery, once at my residence the driver called me and told me they did not have my complete order. I was presented the option to cancel my order and be refunded or they could remake it. I said I would like the order remade as we are sitting waiting for delivery. I have a 2 and 4 year old and a kitchen under construction. 40 minutes after the driver called me I called the store because I know it takes 10 mins to make the pizza. After waiting on hold for a few mins, I finally spoke with a store employee. I asked the status of the reorder. They said "well your order is complete we've been waiting on a driver". I said "well I think at this point this order should take some priority", he said "well I can't prioritize it until it's complete", I said, "why, you know how long it is going to take to cook", and the employee hung up. I am absolutely infuriated. At this point I doubt I'm even getting my food and if I do if I should even eat it because clearly the level of maturity and professionalism from this employee is 0. Read moreSo I called 2 weeks before hosting a kids a party as I needed a large order. The man told me just to order online versus taking the order then. I was ok with that. A few days before the party which any order over $50 had to be paid for then. I placed everything in the cart and added my card information thinking everything went through. I got my email. I called this Dominos the night before to make sure my large order was received online. The man said yes I see your order. He never asked me how I was paying, he never informed me a balance was due. Fast forward at the party the delivery man said the order was not paid for which was a lie. In order to place a future order over $50 I had to provide my card info. Not to mention the man I spoke to the night before was not helpful at all. You can tell they don't care here. He should have caught it and mentioned the order wasn't paid. Read moreWorst experience I've ever had ordering food. The only thing that was acceptable was the quick delivery time. I was shocked as I saw the delivery driver take the pizzas out of the delivery bag standing up! She didn't realize that the toppings can come off of the pizza? I have attached pictures. This is how the pizzas looked when we opened the boxes. She didn't speak to us and was not friendly whatsoever. I called to complain and the man on the phone was unapologetic and didn't seem to care at all. Actually hung up on me. I called back and he did say that he cancelled our charge for the order but was very short and also didn't seem like he wanted to speak to anyone... I told him this was the worst experience ordering food I've ever had and he said ok and hung up on me again. Management really needs to talk to people working at this store.
