Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New Braunfels

Highly dissappointed. I ordered the $19.99 deal, 2 medium 1 topping pizzas etc. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a philly steak pizza. Keep in mind it was not a philly cheese steak pizza (I chose philly steak from the meat options). When my pizza arrived it was a philly cheese steak pizza. My husband will not eat green peppers or onions, so I showed the driver what the pizza looked like and told him what it was suppose to be. He asked me to call the store and let them know. I asked him if HE would let the store know because everytime I order delivery something is wrong with the order. He said he would call us when he got back to store. From past experience, they basically treat me like I am lying to them just to get free pizza when all I actually want is my correct order. We waited and waited for someone to call. The pizza has been thrown away at this point. Finally, I called them and the manager on duty told us they couldnt do anything for us unless we dig the pizza out of the trash and send it with the driver when he brings our correct pizza. I am not digging in the trash for any reason. She also said that we need to be more specific when ordering. How much more specific can it get? I did not order a specialty pizza which is listed as a Philly cheese steak pizza. I ordered a philly steak pizza which philly steak is listed under "meats."

I would not order anything from this Dominos unless you want something other than what you ordered. I have ordered from here atleast 4 times and every single time there is something wrong. First time, I ordered delivery and the website said 30 to 45 minute wait time. I was okay with that! An hour goes by and I call the store to check on my pizza. She said it will be atleast 2 hours before we can get that to you. I started laughing because I couldnt take that time seriously. I said how about next time you call and let me know that the delivery time will be that long. I am hangry at this point. 2nd time, there was barely any sauce on the pizza. 3rd time, Im pretty sure everything was okay with this one. 4th time, you read the story above!

Absolutely ridiculous. Better training for employees is a must. So sorry for such a long review, but I feel like knowing the whole story is something I would want to know. I gave it 2 stars because once the driver got back to the store and talked to them, the MOD called us back and said she was sorry for the confusion and let us know that our correct pizza was being made and she also asked us if we would like anything for free. Ordered thru the Domino's app like I always do, couple of pasta dishes and some garlic twist. The app stated Christina made our dinner. I got mine with Alfredo sauce, mushrooms, bacon and chicken. There wasn't any Alfredo sauce, like four tiny pieces of bacon, a couple of mushroom and a couple bits of pieces of chicken. After digging in I came across some onions! 😲 Thankfully I don't have food allergies and I don't mind onion's even though I picked them out I feel it was very careless of making the dish. The garlic knots were a little well done, which I didn't mind to much but think those who don't like well done garlic knots would have been very disappointed in them as well. My husband and I ordered take out from this location on Friday night. We ordered two small pizzas (one GF crust and one regular crust), garlic bread bites, and the brownie cookie dessert. Upon getting it home I immediately knew it wasn't gonna be good. You could tell by looking at it. The GF pizza had regular tomato sauce on only one side of the pizza, and the toppings were miniscual. The cheese was also on only one side of the pizza. The sauce was bland and too sweet. It was not cooked crispy. The regular pizza was the same. Not good. The only thing we finished was the garlic bread bites. We threw away the pizzas after eating one slice. The entire meal was WAY WAY overpriced. Over $40!!! Never again will we order from Domino's.
